Love my new hair cut and colour. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all my questions regarding how I wanted my hair to look. Would highly recommend.

So I was looking for one solid hair color and I was excited because my balayage was due for a change. When I arrived no one welcomed me I was kinda just standing there until I went up to the counter. I booked an appointment, anyways on the day of the appointment and before that I had shown both ladies a picture of the color I wanted, I made sure I was specific and told them clearly I didn’t want dark hair. Then when waiting in the hair foils for a result, I realized that the color was dark. So when they were rinsing I asked if it would be a golden brown, they said yes. The finished product after blow dry resulted into having really dark hair almost black completely different from what I had ask for. Long story short I was so disappointed and went to the best hair professional in London which ended up being a lot more money, but it was worth it. Yeah I would not recommend going here:/

I've been going to Eltham Hair Studio since I moved to Eltham years ago. They are professional, classy and very customer focused. Malwina and her staff have ALWAYS been fabulous to me - giving me the best quality colour, cut and style for my hair. I couldn't recommend them more - and I do! They do amazing work and with such knowledge...they've helped my hair in so many ways - and taught me how to keep my hair in great condition even though I should know by now! I cannot recommend this hair studio - and especially Malwina, enough.

Having lived in central London all my life and attended the best hair salons in the West End, I can honestly say Malwina is top class she has excelled in everything she has done to my hair from regrowth, cut, Brazilian keratin blow dry and highlights/balayage. Always a happy customer

Had a lovely experience, absolutely love my hair! My hair was styled and cut by Tina and she was great, she gave me loads of tips on how to style and care for my hair as well as making the overall experience comfortable and pleasant.

Appointment confirmed 2 days prior and told would contact if any issues arise.Arrived on time to be told to come back in 10 mins later as the woman was late, came back still no sign of the woman and told there was a ‘misunderstanding’ which they didn’t take any responsibility or blame for and tried to say it was me and the appointment was never made or that the owner could have made the appointment but isn’t even in the country!Appointment all made in time for a Birthday celebration this evening and now having to find somewhere which is proving difficult on a Friday.Will not ever bother with again.

Today I had a booking with Marvina. The was lovely and very friendly. Very knowledgeable in had patience to explain the options that I had in terms of colouring my hair. I had bleach, colour and a cut. Outstanding service. I am more than happy with the results. My hair colour and cut are perfect, exactly as I wanted. I will definitely be returning.

I went there for the first time today and had my hair cut and styled by Tina, its the best my hair has looked in a long time, I will definitely be going back on a regular basis. I'm so happy to have found a really good hairdresser again after having some mediocre ones in the past. I would definitely recommend Tina, she listens to what you want and takes care to give you a really professional finish.

I was pleasantly impressed by the service provided by Tina - would definitely recommend her to any new customers thinking about coming here. However, only criticism is that they spoke about me in polish thinking I couldn’t understand when in fact I was born and breed in my motherland of Poland. I think they should be more professional than this as it could make customers feel quite uncomfortable.

As always going to Eltham hair Studio is a positive experience. I trust Malvina 100% to give me a hair cut that suits my hair and face and today is no different. I have walked away a very happy customer and both Malvina and Tina always make me feel comfortable. Thank you .Michelle Symons
