James has just completed a refit of both our bathroom and our shower room, as well as fixing various other taps and toilets in the house, and has done a fantastic job. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. Not only is he knowledgeable, trustworthy and supportive (when we were questioning exactly what products we ought to purchase in advance), but he's also just a nice person to have around, which is important when someone is working in your home for several weeks. There was a minor (manufacturing) issue with one toilet after he'd finished, and he returned promptly to resolve it. James is definitely our go-to plumber in the future! Thank you.
