Very good looking salon inside and out. I had my hair done by Jo recently and she was outstanding. She took time to understand exactly what I wanted and I was very pleased with the results.The beauty treatments are also very good in my experience. The treatment rooms are quiet and hidden away.

Great hairdressers took my daughter here who is 7 and she loved the experience she had her hair washed, dried, cut and straightened.She even said on the way home that the woman who cut her hair was really nice to her.Cannot fault a single thing will definitely be her regular hairdressers.thank you for making her so comfortable and she loves her new hair.

Very friendly staff, highly recommended, high standard of service and cleanliness!I must say I was very nervous, to say the least, after a full year of self isolation because of covid.My worries were soon put to rest the minute I walked through the door. On arrival I was greeted by Sarah and as she quickly took my temperature, I was taken to my seat, needless to say, all seating socially distanced, of course. My hair stylist Sarah Connolly, was as efficient and as reassuring as ever. Putting me at ease, Sarah, like all of the staff at Transcend, were in full ppi, and take every care possible, to make sure you are in a safe environment.My hair was a complete mess , I felt very drab on entering Transcend, by the time I left, and Sarah had worked her magic , I felt so good, my hair had shine, style, and colour, and I generally felt uplifted.Thankyou to you all, my next appointment is booked girls, I can't wait to come back !

Recently visited the salon for a facial and haircut. The ESPA facial from Thea was heavenly, she made me feel super relaxed and comfortable, and was able to answer all my queries while providing so much more helpful information. My haircut from Natalie was everything I asked for, I could not be more happy. All around a perfect experience, could not recommend highly enough!

Cant fault in any way the service you get from the girls in the salon all of them are friendly have respect for thier clients. I personally wouldnt use anynother alsobthe beauty side is well managed Emily is very professional she is lovely.

I have had many wonderful facial's here, both Emily and Thea are incredibly professional and they put everything into make sure you relax and enjoy the whole experience. Today's facial with Thea was perfect in every way, she took the time to discuss any skin concerns or issues that I felt I had and talked me through the products she was going to use. Every minute of the 60 minutes was perfect, professional and relaxing would 100% recommend and will most definitely be returning very soon.

My stylist Tania has created some wonderfulStyles over my ten years iv been using Transcend from long to short and back again. Loads of colours over the years the complements iv received are amazing I always recommend Tania Lowdon and the amazing team at Trancend for an amazing professional experience without fail. Came in for braids with Katie lovely service was welcomed with smiles all around, didn't take long for me to realise how good she was no pain whatsoever and very quick would defo reccomend
