My 100 yr old Mum is being looked after in Bamford

My Grand Mother May Burns had all her jewelry stolen while she was there, when we approached the staff they brushed it off and then would come near me and my family when we visited. Since she has past away from covid19 and they said there's nothing they can do. The staff have deteriorated over the years and the treatment of my grandmother had too, please learn from our mistake and do not send your love ones here if you would like them to be treated well or looked after.

This place is amazing,the staff are so good we couldn't have wished for my dad to have been in a better place he loved being here and called it home.thankyou to all the staff and borough care

Our dad was cared for at Bamford Close from April 2022 to his recent passing(August 22). My family couldn't have wished for a more welcoming and caring residence for Dad. Staff went the extra mile for Dad and also for the family, with such compassion, especially when he was at end of life. The home is neat and clean (never any ‘smell’), lovely food and constant drinks and snacks offered to residents. There are plenty of activities and outings as well as celebrations in the home. We are truly grateful for such wonderful care for our late Dad, grandad. Chris
