No urgency with the staff. There was a queue of people waiting and low staff numbers (heard them talking about why their staff left and about others refusing to work Saturdays) then proceeded to spend 10 mins talking to the customer in front before asking what cut they wanted. After 40 minutes we walked out with no hair cut. Priorities were all wrong considering the circumstances!

If I could give 0 stars I would.Today I went for a haircut- my first since having a baby and some much needed self care.Throughout the cut, the hairdresser continued to talk about the ins and outs of her ex partner and divorce sharing quite intricate details.I had asked for an inch and a half off my hair and a long layer through the bottom.She was quite vigorously hacking at my hair but I trusted her as a professional.I left with what can only be described as the worst hair cut I have EVER seen. My hair was all different lengths and she had cut in a whole other straight layer way above my ear and had other various bits hacked out too.I left in a rush as my baby needed feeding but called as soon as I got home. I went back in to see the manager gabby who in fairness agreed that the cut was extremely bad. She told me there was t much she could do- I didn’t want my hair cut to above my ear afterall!!! She managed to blend in all of the uneven bits and has saved it but it was still far from what I went in for. She told me I just need to let it grow out now.What’s worse is that I wasn’t even offered a refund so a 4 hour total trip cost me £30 and a lot of stress.My mum usually cuts my hair for me (not even a hairdresser) because I never have anything fancy just a trim and a long layer…. I absolutely wish I had got my mum to do it for me this time. I just have absolutely no idea how someone could do that to someone’s hair.I won’t be returning but I thank Gabby for saving it as best as she could have.

I have natural curly hair and I’m extremely anxious about getting my hair cut due to previous bad experiences and complicated health issues. Not only did Natalia make me feel calm and relaxed, she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She even help me with aftercare at home in between cuts. I absolutely love what she’s done to my hair and I highly recommend her 100% thank you!

Good haircut, good value, not a long wait without an appointment, friendly hairdresser, no fuss. Happy bunny.

Lovely hairdressers, they cut my partners hair first and were happy to give him advice on what style would suit him, offered to cut his hair to a certain length to see if he liked it and if he wanted it shorter they would cut it shorter for him. I went back a few days later and had a good 5 inches taken off my hair the girls were lovely did a beautiful cut and I was incredibly pleased with the service, I will definitely be going back again! Definitely recommend this hairdressers, all the staff were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Love these guys. Perfect for someone like me who works shifts. I've had my hair done by a number of the stylists down there and it's always been great. And prices are very reasonable.

Not the best hairdressers in the world. Some are good but most don't have much of an idea. Also in this day and age why are we still discriminating when it comes to pricing. Women pay £9.00 more for a haircut than men. I have noticed that it quite often takes much longer to cut the men's hair than mine for instance. Come on be fair!

Called for a haircut as a walk-in, lovely people, but when I got home really looked at it, absolutely awful? Will never go back again. Charged me 8 minutes for I think £17.00I would go somewhere else. Really not good.

Very good service and lovely friendly staff. Can be busy at times, but never found it much of a problem. Get my hair cut here regularly.

My 7 year old daughter had her hair cut, the women cutting it was very very rude, then found a few eggs in her hair, nothing live or moving, instead of coming over and having a quiet word with us she decided to start shouting out and making a big thing about it in front of everyone in the hair dressers embarrassing my little girl. Very rude and very unprofessional. Not happy at all
