Good service and as expected food. Last time I went I was treated to a group of very polite policemen, one of whom loudly spoke the full name and date of birth of a recently interviewed witness over his radio whilst ordering on one of the self serve terminals. Nice one Suffolk constabulary.

Terrible don't go here, asked for a banana and got vanilla asked for banana again and got vanilla food cold and bit uncooked ask for ketchup but didn't get any please don't go here.

Admittedly the place works like a food factory. Everyone works really fast and they serve several hundreds of people within the day.I 've been there more than once and was always happy.Last time though, I was trying to order vegan burgers but in the end received proper ones (even had bacon) in the bag.Understandably mistakes will happen.For what it matters the staff is excellent so far and I believe that would have probably changed it if I told them. Unfortunately this was a drive through and I was a bit late when I realised.I am between four and five stars; there's no 4.5 stars so will put 4 stars for the moment.

Unfortunately the Botley Road McDonald’s is inconsistent.. this branch is the most convenient location for me and I use it approximately once a month, however, orders are wrong at least one time out of three and the milkshakes are always unavailable.I have personally decided to use another branch, even though inconvenient, and in order to avoid disappointment, I strongly suggest you do the same.

I had a terrible experience today at McDonald's. After receiving my order, I noticed a missing item. When I informed the manager, instead of addressing the issue, he accused me of trying to get free food and refused to provide the missing item. This response was incredibly disrespectful, and I felt humiliated. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, it was severely lacking in this instance.

Used this macdonalds via app for home delivery. Only establishment at McDonald's that did not make mistakes and miss items from delivery. This macdonalds has high standard of service and customer care. Cardinal Park did not come up to this standard.Did drive through. Quick service and friendly staff.

Ordered mcdelivery from here, only 5 minutes away, but food was cold on arrival. More importantly, the dips I ordered were missing so I didn't enjoy my food and binned half of it. It's important that restaurants check their delivery orders carefully before letting them go out, as otherwise it's too late to correct the mistake.

Eating in I've never had a issue at all , always clean tidy quick and friendly however the last few times ordering off uber eats you've forgotten several items main meal items or drinks and it's incredibly frustrating
