Great experience. As soon as we came in we were greeted by Priya, she always takes the time to show us new products and is lovely to chat to, I love how she makes my niece feel special and shows her how to use the products too. Really great to see people take the time to brighten your day.

Massive thank you to the lovely sales assistant called Rose! Rose made my experience so nice, I have a nut allergy and they were so accommodating and made sure to check every product before recommending it to me, let me try products before buying and made sure I found everything I was looking for and more. Probably one of the nicest sales assistant I have ever been served by - a real ray of sunshine - thank you Rose!

First time I went in. I absolutely loved it. The smells and products. Also want to say that our sales person Rumaisa was more than fantastic. Super knowledgeable, very polite and went out of her way a couple of times to explain and show me products. Will definitely shop here again. If all sales agents would be this great, no business would have troubles. Well done.

Absolutely love their products. We always treat ourselves to a small selection of bath bombs. They make your skin so silky smooth. The staff are lovely and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. We normally go to Lush in Derby but have also used Nottingham and the service is excellent with both.

Such a lovely variety of options, very happy with the products I bought! Very friendly staff too. One in particular is Aman, she really was so lovely to chat to. She knew a lot about the products I asked about, was patient, kind, and was the reason I ended up coming back again. She gave me so many good recommendations based on my personal tastes, and showed me products I’ll definitely be re-purchasing. A lovely experience overall!

Excellent service, greeted on entrance and took straight to the product I was looking for. Quick checkout too and the girls were extremely nice on the checkouts too. I got my regular favourite black rose.

Friendly helpful staff. I can in looking for a Christmas present and they were happy to help with recommendations. They helped me find a gift appropriate for someone with sensitive skin. The store is a decent size. They demonstrated a few products for me and explained their benefits. They seem to do some really cool collaborations with companies and influencers which always draw me back into store. Once I paid for my items, they told me I could use my receipt to receive a free sample of my choice. I think this is a great way to let customers try new products. Snow fairy will always be a favourite.
