After a blow out on the M25 one of our vehicles limped in to SMB Autos after the brake line to the calliper was severed. In two ours our vehicle was repaired and back on the road. Delighted with the service and the price.

Used SMB for the first time earlier this week. I have to say I found them fantastic. They fitted me in at short notice as my car was not usable - and then actually completed the work early too (Ready by 12.00 and not 4.00 as first indicated). Very fair price and very friendly service from everyone. Old school garage - and in my view brilliant!

I have used SMB for many years now for all things car related, and they have never let me down! With my son now driving too, I have passed on the top tip of such a community jewel and they continue to look after him the same way they look after me. Nothing is too much trouble, they are time and cost efficient and just generally all round nice guys! Thanks SMB, true community heros!

They where so amazing , my car left there garage as a non starter . Aparently they didn't want to start the car as they where afraid it will blow up . It didn't blow up while I drove it to them . Got the car towed to another mechanic and the problem was solved in 2 hours , I'm pretty sure they wanted me to spend more money on thing I didn't need . You also cant deny that I have got the wronge garage as I have a receipt from you guys . Want a bad job done , go to smb .I'm very annoyed that I spent my hard learnt money on them to mess my car up .

Popped in today to buy a brake light bulb - and received 5* treatment. Wish all places had as good customer service as this. The “can do” attitude when we hit problems accessing it was amazing. Thanks guys. You deserve six stars.

I left my car for yearly service. Unfortunately nothing was changed, oil was the same, filters as well and the rest that they charged me for and told that was changed. I need to change 4 coils as they told me and only one was done, but they charged me for all 4. Same with the plugs, charged for all and nothing changed.So frustrating as I took it for MOT to a different garage and they told me that oil is so dark for a petrol car, and I need to do service for it. I had to pay again for the service.Won’t take my car there again!
