The worst massage that I've ever had. The therapist never asked if I had any pain points or what pressure I liked. Despite asking for more pressure three times, it continued to stay the same and was quite frankly the most useless massage I've ever experienced. The spa pool was full of kids on a Friday evening, not relaxing whatsoever. I would not come back here.

I visited the spa yesterday and had a full body massage and facial.. The lady who did my service was very professional, warm and friendly she made me feel comfortable throughout. The massage was very relaxing and my facial was lovely. Thank you so much!

Visited yesterday for a spa day with lunch and had a lovely relaxing time.Massage was done by Ellie and she was really great at listening to my needs and making my pregnancy massage as calm and comfortable as possible.We both enjoyed the lunch which was soup of the day with bread for starters and a choice of meat with a selection of salads for main.Ended the day with the swimming pool and jacuzzi for myself and sauna for my husband. I would come back again.

Visited today with my sister and mum for a birthday treat. I had the best full body massage I've probably ever had from a lady called Emma Davies. If you can ask for her, please do as it was just how I like it. My mum had her too and said the same.I also had a great manicure from Chantelle who was lovely and really went above and beyond.However the facilities were not up to scratch so I can only give a 3 star. Check in to the spa reception was chaotic in the morning and we were forgotten about and left for 20 minutes waiting for the iPads. The steam room was not working and apparently hasn't been for some time. The water temperature in the pool was very cold too. Lunch was a disappointment - cold soup which we sent back and cold salad and chicken, not very luxurious. No drinks or deserts either.I'd go back only for Chantelle and Emma.

Not worth what you pay. The pool had children in? Why are there children in a spar? Why are there children in the actual tiny spar pool? The steam room stank of sewage/cabbage - gross. The facilities suck! Facilities ruined the experience. Treatment was relaxing and therapist was lovely. Lunch was meh.. spend a bit more and go somewhere like center parcs spa!

Did a twilight spa experience. We were expecting robes slippers which we didn’t get is the only disappointment. Facilities were all nice although sauna wasn’t in use which was a shame. The buffet food at the olive tree restaurant was lovely and plenty of choice for us all. Another downside is the expensive parking is a bit of a shame.

Poor experience as had to sit on a small wheeled chair after my massage in my 16year old daughter’s room and her friend for an hour . Very uncomfortable and painful especially after being told twice ( when purchasing and then booking the date I would not have to sit in the same room. ) . Very cold bland lunch hard meat and salad ! Lockers did not work , no shampoo or conditioner and paying for parking! When I rang to complain spoke to customer service manager, she promised to ring me the next day after talking to the Spa - she never rang back. Very poor service.

Fantastic visit to the Forum Spa. Sunset spa package with fantastic treatments, although comparing notes afterwards it seems that same treatment is different with different therapists, some are more thorough than others.Would definitely go again and have a different treatment.
