DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!Would have left 0 stars if I was allowed. Ordered over 2 months ago and still have not received anything. Kept getting assured via email it was being shipped out but that never happened. Multiple emails and phone calls to them with no answer. Phoned for a return and that's not happened either. I was told to go to their website and request one that way. There isn't an option to do that on their website. Had to raise a dispute through PayPal to try and get my money back. Honestly it's a sham of a company and I would avoid it at all costs.

I bought the CTec Panel kit, panel was faulty as it was producing 55v as oppose to the 24v it should. Advised to return the circuit board and power supply for testing. Circuit board said to be damaged in transit - therefore couldn't be tested. I was made to pay for the whole panel again at £150+. Customer service from others was poor (especially Nic) Paul was much better, but he still made me pay for a whole panel again, this was very disappointing. Ill be going back to my old supplier from now on. A bit more expensive but with my old supplier, I'm not constantly blamed for being wrong, installing things incorrectly and not packaging things incorrectly. Overall terrible experience.

Abysmal service. Ordered a package of smoke detectors mid-January 2022. No delivery date at time of order so I phoned to check. Was told they would be dispatched within the week. Over a month later still nothing. Phoned again. Was told they were at customs and would be released as soon as import fee was paid. That was a Friday and person on phone said they would be sent out early the following week. Phoned again at start of March and was then told they didnt know when the items would be delivered. You then have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Do yourself a favour, do not use this mob.

What a fantastic company to deal with. Paul was great, checking my order and contacting me regarding an item I had selected. Very grateful for advice. Quick delivery, super packaging. Will definitely order from here again. Many thanks!

Worst company I have ever dealt with Ordered Fireangel Scottish pack in early November2021 with delivery promised soon. Many further promises on delivery didn't happen either. I gave up in early March 2022 and PayPal have just refunded my money.I would advise that you do not use this company.

Bought a fire detection kit which came without a battery despite the website not indicating as such. Customer services advised 'we can't list everything a product doesn't include' despite the fact the 'kit' cannot work without the battery and other kits sold on the site include batteries.Terrible customer service, refused to send out a battery (which I agreed to pay for but not the postage) despite spending nearly £500.Product information is completely misleading I would take the advice of all the other one star reviews and avoid this company.

Placed an order with stock showing as available, received two emails stating goods had been shipped. A week later when nothing had arrived, I contacted them to be told goods are actually out of stock due to supply issues with manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer to ask if they had supply issues, was assured by Fire Angel that no such problem existed and was given an alternative company to obtain goods from which they arrived the following day. This is after Fire detection shop had stated goods would be a further month from them. Canceled order and asked for a refund. After filling in all relevant forms and complying with their cancelation process. Four weeks later I am still waiting for my money. I have had no contact since completing the process.PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CHARLATANS.

Good website and all items are in stoke, but after waiting all week I called them. There was yang man with wrong attitude interrupting me then cancel my order as the item wasn't not in stoke. Never again

Great products - even better service!Needed a magnetic door retainer, found these guys and ordered.Product arrived and I fitted it, but the magnet didn't seem very strong. So, I called and spoke to Paul. What a nice chap! Was hard to be grumpy with him and he offered to take the product back and test it. But he made some suggestions...Oops! It was pilot error, the product worked just fine and I needed to push the door open properly to engage the magnet.Very happy with the product from here and even happier with the service!

I had a very good experience with this company. Paul was great guiding me onto EDA Products and the order arrived next day on a Saturday. We had an issue with a newbie Building Control guy not understanding Wireless Fire Systems. Nick at Internet Sales sorted the issues out and got a commissioning engineer to test and certify so that Building Control passed the works for Cafe Deco in Store St London. So all good thanks
