Wicked bait awesome owner will never use other baits

Ordered 200 pounds worth of boiley the popups where brilliant but the 20kg of bottom boileys witch cost the money where ment to be the same flavour as the popups smelt more like dog biscuits i wont be going again.

Vortex baits well it's the dogs dangly bits great team of chaps so helpfull and knowledgeable the bait speaks for its self no matter what you choose it's all top quality and very fairly priced I cannot fault this firm awesome keep up the quality nige and the team

Fantastic, Nige the owner is one of the nicest guys out there, he goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality products available. His 40 years of experience really do show through the products he sells I don't think there is a better bait out there. His attention to detail is impeccable, massive credit to to bait industry.

They tell you whatever you want to hear but just lie to you no matter how much you tell them you need bait by a certain date.Can’t stand firms like this!

I dont write reviews, but i just cant not share my experience with Vortex!Went down to the shop today (suposed to be a family day out to the coast but convinced wifey to visit peak district, so i can visit Vortex on the way to, obviously she didnt know why plans has been changed) was the lovely day out. Anyway, met Nigel the owner of the company, he is such a lovely guy, very passionate of what he does, he showed me around and even included some small bits free of charge which was very nice! Told me his long story short, and gave me some good advices. ive been living in UK for last 14 years and ive never came accross to such a good customer service, felt like talking to friend more like a person who is in a trade of something. Theres no doubt i would recomend him to my friends, and especially not to order but actualy to go and collect so they would be able to meet him. Such a great person! Now less than two weeks left to wait and i will be trying out his baits. I have no doubt they will be as good as the person who intriduced them to the market. A big thanks to Nigel and the team. I hope they will carry on doing what they do as nobody else does it better! (I misheard some conversation about failed batches and how they started everything again,) top quality, top team and i hope i will have top catches! Thank you very much, see you again soon.
