Do not purchase from this company. Their returns process is absolutely barbaric. They do not answer your emails or calls regarding returns. I’ve been chasing them for a month just to return 1 item. Disgusting customer service. Sort it out.

Ordered a snack bowl and received four huge flower pots. Would not send the correct order until they had received the wrong item back.Told them they’d have to send a courier to pick them up as they’re too big.they asked what day would be convenient to which I replied Saturday.didn’t hear anything back so emailed again and told Saturday was not an option (tell me that at the beginning) so I told them Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Friday you choose!! … I then get told a courier has been booked in for Wednesday The one day I didn’t mention!??Told them to change it as it’s not convenient got a rather rude reply saying it’s now booked for Thursday. Courier still turned up Wednesday right when I was in a works meeting .Then had to chase up getting the refund.This company is incompetent at everything they do.

Do not buy from this seller there customer service is disgusting I never recieved item and basically calling a Liar I didn't receive my item don't waste your time with this awful company
