Pulled in to get a coffee ☕️ the guy who works there accused me of pressing the large button on the costa machine then refused to check his camera nasty little man left the coffee and walked out I am not hard up for it

Took a double payment form my account. O proved with receipts and app but would not correct without an old fashioned paper statement. Made so difficult when they could see what they had done. Always check your statement or they wont be very helpful. I told them I was going to police- they were not bothered

I had used the EV charger but I found myself needing the AA because I had brokendown. Found myself needing the toilet but to my amazement there wasn't a customer toilet that I could use. So I thought I would call upon the Shell assistants humanity and ask him if I could use the toilet in the back but point blank was told No! Then I asked him if he knew of a public convenience or possible alternative then I was told he didn't know the area. So just for customer service it's very poor.

Rude staff shell system down for my free drink showed him my coffee was free he picked up phone and threatened to call the police if I did not pay lol.Unfortunately I was not in the mood for his stupidity at 7:20am and giving him a law lesson by telling him to call the police for £2.35 lol.I slammed the money on the counter and told him I’m not stepping foot in any shell petrol station in the future cus of his lack of customer service and speaking English.To think the audacity of this jumped up knob jockey call me a Idiot I looked at him thinking yes that why you that side of the counter and I’m not.
