Happy 4 Paws owner is a lovely lady who is very passionate about her business and takes pride in making sure that all dogs are happy and walks are tracked which gives great piece of mind. I would recommend this service to anyone with dogs.

Edit:It is disappointing to see the business sweep over my dogs ordeal as though it had lasted a few minutes, I only wish that was the case. Sadly my dog was missing for almost 3 hours and the wonderful people who saved him informed me they walked and ran 8 miles to try and find him before they eventually did whilst the business owner merely shouted him. He suffered bruising and lacerations to his leg and tummy and had thorns etc. inside and on his ears that were starting to discharge, that I had to remove, the vet also informed me he had dust and dirt in his eyes that conjunctivitis was starting to occur. He had to have green dye put in his eyes to check for further damage and a steroid injection. When I say he was severely traumatised I do not say this lightly the vet also stated this, and he is still not himself he is 1.5 years old. Nothing was explained to me well or in depth and I still need a report on the incident as I do not understand how my dog I left in Esther’s care got away when his lead is sturdy and did not break, I would like to at least know that. Yes I did not have to pay but surely that goes without saying. Instead of asking about how he was she blocked me. He ran scared through bushes, hedges and long grasses for over 2 hours this has been severely played down. I agree the other reviews have been good which is great for other customers, however I am merely stating my experience with Happy 4 Pawz was a horrendous one and I would not recommend them as my dog was healthy when he left my house at 8:50am and by 12:08pm when we returned he was a different dog with injuries.As the dog walker has blocked myself since I asked for a report about what happened yesterday 2/3/2021 to my dog which I have not received, and informed them of the vet bill as a result of her negligence, I do not have the option to leave a review. In this instance I see no other way to inform others of the experience Hugo went through than utilising this platform. The dog Walker I used was “Happy 4 Pawz” Middlesbrough. I do not recommend this service as although she seemed a lovely person and Hugo liked her at first, it resulted in the dog walker losing my dog, injuries to my dog due to him running away and a large vet bill of £125 with the medications needed to treat him. It was handled appallingly and this should not happen to a dog who is in the care of an alleged professional dog walking service.

Our little Border Terrier, Ned, absolutely loves his time with Happy 4 Pawz and is always ecstatic when he sees Esther for his time with her!!
