Had my first class here this week, absolutely loved it, Emma is lovely, I felt comfortable and the people I met were also friendly and made me feel welcome. I have rebooked and am looking forward to my next class.

Don't be shy give it a try! Best thing I've done. Plenty of classes to choose from and lots of new friends made so good for fitness and mental health. Emma is a very good instructor and has her clients welfare at heart. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely love Fitology, being able to do so many classes on zoom is a blessing, being a full time working mum, it’s difficult to attend in person, Zoom is perfect. The classes are brilliant, fun and full of energy, I love the variety and challenging classes, highly recommend Emma to anyone from start of the fitness journey or continuing to challenge yourself! Did my first Clubercise there this evening, really enjoyed it, welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere, despite my having zero co-ordination ! Definitely want to go again, it was fun and did me good.

I felt really relaxed after the session, I felt chilled out and laid back for the rest of the day. During the session I saw waves of blue and green and also kept seeing the entrance to a cave as if I was laying inside of it looking up at the sky. Will definitely go again!

Love this studio and Emma is fabulous! Great classes, lovely instructor and very welcoming. I didn't want to use a traditional gym as always feel intimidated but never felt like this at fitology.

I joined Emma’s class for the sound bath. Amazing experience, this was new to me and in a fast pace world I wanted some time out. This is what you get! Small group, calm inviting environment, Emma is very friendly and makes you feel welcome, she explains what she will be doing and makes you feel relaxed. I loved the sound bath, I quickly felt at ease and relaxed, the hour flew passed. It was lovely to listen to the sounds the bowls made, I was able to switch off and enjoy the moment.
