Do not use this company. We had them to fix a leak in our jet set hot tub. After hacking the foam which insulates the hot tub pipes to bits they said they had found the leak and took some parts away to order. 3,weeks later they only awnser the phone when I withhold my number never get back to us when they say they will blame there suppliers for sending the wrong part twice and don't turn up when they say they will we have now gone to someone else who can belive what a mess they have made of ourc,£10 000 hot tub

Very professional small company who went out of there way to make sure I was happy with everything regarding moving my spa from my old house to my new house, they took extra care to make sure it didn't get damaged in transit. Sam and Ben are a credit to your company!Will recommend to friends and family!Thanks.

Went out of their way to let me know when they would be arriving, dubious about the job they would do as I had tested positive for Covid so couldn't oversee. After they left they posted a full step by step set of photos, making me feel extremely satisfied with the job. Cant wait to recover and get back in there

Absolute cowboys! Made an easy move look like hard work. Could have done better myself! Wouldn’t even trust these 2 with an inflatable tub.Damaged my tubs shell and is now deemed unrepairable. Also somehow managed to wreck my garden. Won’t answer calls now and very suspicious activity on companies house.Avoid at all costs
