Excellent service when my car broke down (timing belt had gone) and was towed here - they were very honest with me from the start and discussed the options I had and gave very good advice. Unfortunately the car wasn't salvageable in the end but they let me leave the car there for several weeks as I wasn't able to get over there sooner and Jake, who was fantastic, even dealt with the scrapping for me so I didnt have to go there again. They also gave me excellent price for the work they did do and for a previous service I'd had there before the last incident. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish, I highly recomend them.

Avoid if you don’t know car parts/mechanics, don’t know how to haggle.Not worth it, better garages out there, polite people/over priced and didn’t get the job done properly, very rushed service, I had to come in the next day after paying £320 the day before, ensured me everything was fine, but soon as I got home I noticed a hissing sound coming from the bonnet, a pipe connecting the coolant had a massive gash, I had to buy duck tape/coolant liquid to temporarily fix coolant pipe,I don’t know how they missed it, so had to take my car back from them, the politely accepted, when picking up I got charged £50 for a pipe replacement(they mentioned if I had £50 in cash as their reader only accepts £60 or above, which I think is a bit of a joke, never got an invoice to my 2nd day of repair, feel free to contact me for my email to send invoice), and after driving back home, notice my car breaks making a noise it’s never done that before, i don’t mind paying extortionate prices if job is done properly, I don’t recommend them at all, not worth the price, probably have to go to another garage as my coolant still has issues

Absolute cowboys!!! Do not use this poor excuse for a garage.They did not carry out a simple leak job, which resulted in my head gasket blowing.Trying to rectify the problem, they NEVER return calls.They will always fob you off and give you excuse after excuse.Really bad service!!

Great service. They undertook a repair on our van a few months ago, which involved replacing an oil cooler. They were really helpful dealing with a warranty company (who turned out to be terrible to deal with) and provided a reasonable priced repair. They were also really good at explaining everything & communicating with us.

Could not fix the car and would not reassemble as agreed. Please check Edward's review because I regret not following his advice. The Motor Ombudsman records 5 stars but unlikely to be based on car repair, maybe some other aspect of the business.

I have AA warranty cover & Halfords which is ion my door step ( Northenden ) refused to get work done on my car unless I left it & 2 week delay ( this is the also the AA attendant ringing direct as have a disabled son so needed my car back within the day ). Jake got us booked in , very through & lovely people .. even had my service done at the same time. Had another job via the AA & just went straight back here as I know they will be no fuss. Only down side was no waiting room due to restrictions and no option for collection which I would be willing to pay as trustworthy garage - would be great if you couldOffer that service - as an ad hoc ( as I wasn’t local - northern moor ... )! But highly recommend ..

I usually hate dealing with garages as a woman but DW Motors are nothing but nice people. They are honest and fair, do not overcharge you when they don't need to and most importantly do not patronise women. Their customer service is also outstanding.
