Paula at Loughborough was incredible.Our 3 year old normally cries his heart out when we cut his hair, typically gets all hot and bothered and sweaty and the whole experience is normally a nightmare for us all. Paula calmed him down within 2 minutes. She provided an ipad with Paw Patrol on and spoke to him the all the way through. At the end of the treatment Paula gave our son a sweet for being so good. He didn't cry at all and actually couldn't wait to tell his mummy all about going to Paulas shop.We will definitely be back,Thanks Lads and Dads.
