Me and my partner have adopted some frogs and a snake from Ruby's. They did an amazing job with the animals and have been amazingly helpful in terms of care advice too. The animals we have are amazing and very loved parts of our family

We adopted our 18 year old tortoise Travis from the rescue, and both he and the rescue are wonderful. Ruby is lovely and genuinely adores all the animals in her care, and Travis was well looked after for his stay with her. She is thorough in making sure all animals are cared for correctly and will go to good homes, and has stayed in touch for any questions about care and just generally to check how he's doing. I would definitely adopt from Ruby's Rescue again, and have recommended her to friends looking to take on reptiles.

Ruby is Amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the animals she rescues and provides them with first class care to get them back to health. I adopted a Gargoyle Gecko from Ruby, and her support and advice before and since adoption has been outstanding. She is also very thorough in making sure the animals needs will be properly met in their new homes. I will be going back to Ruby for a snake in the near future.
