Susan was our server and she was 10/10 in terms of customer service. Helped us pick something from the menu and was extremely welcoming. The food is also so good, full of flavour!!

Drove 20 minutes there and back to find my part of the meal was missing. A crunch wrap that was plain. When In the drive thru the first time I had to say I was missing my 7up being the only one in the drive thru. After getting home and realised I drove the 20 minutes back to the store. Mentioned my Crunchwrap. And they left the window open and the bloke was stood there saying with attitude how he obviously wouldn’t have left it off when it wasn’t there evidently. The woman the initial time also never gave a receipt. But they gave me the Crunchwrap anyway. But an hour and 20 minutes all for that. Wouldn’t even waste my time again.

We drove from Peterborough; our first time at Taco Bell and we won't be going back. We ordered on the app and it said ready to collect at 16:09. We went in and waited and the whole place was full of customers waiting for their food. All the tables was dirty, food and rubbish all over the floor. I went to the toilet and it looked more like a truckstop toilet. My feet actually got stuck to the floor, urine all over the seat! The drive thru seems to get priority over other customers. The poor young lads working there can obviously not cope with the demand. Not enough staff!! Some customers asked for refunds and went to KFC next door. We waited an hour for our food. Food was OK, burritos was nice. I would skip on the taco's, bland and just a bunch of lettuce. Hopefully the Peterborough branch will be better staffed as waiting an hour for fast food is actually ridiculous.

Overall poor and not good value for money! Was looking forward to this as have enjoyed Taco Bell previously, albeit some time ago. I had a Burrito combo, One end was slightly warm the other still chilled! They replaced it for another which was slightly better. My son had Tacos, wow there was hardly anything in them. Fries even for a regular portion were very small. We also ordered large nachos. I dread to think how many are in regular size as we got hardly any.The restaurant was fairly dirty and the staff not doing a lot apart from one lady who seemed very friendly and helpful.Shame as won't be going back.

First week in this new restaurant and not a bad start. To begin with parking is limited, it's easier to park at The Tulip Queen or Service Station opposite with ample parking. The restaurant is quite small and seating can get quite full at busy times.I went for the volcano burito box which came with a chicken burito, small taco, seasoned fries and a churro. The chicken burito lacked any spice at all but was quite filling. The taco was basic with ground beef, cheese and lettuce. The churro came with caramel sauce but was packed in the same box.The staff were really friendly and vibrant. Overall i give it four stars as the parking shared with KFC will become an issue at busy periods and a brand like this would be better served in a more central location as without a car it is impossible to reach

First visit to Taco Bell and it made a nice change.Good value for money.Would have liked to know on ordering just how spicy the food would be as we don't like it melting your teeth. Avoided the food that said Volcano, but needn't have worried as it was quite bland.The mince beef filling could have been hotter as barely warm.Will come back as we did enjoy it.

after driving 40 minutes round trip really disappointed. I bought the share box for 2. found the crunch wrap was basically empty,the chips were really hard and cold forgot to put in the 2 tacos then just to top it off the cinnamon swirls were unedible I don't know what was on them but the taste was rancid super disappointing been to quite a few taco bells and never had anything wrong
