Best avoid as we bought a 12kg bag of dog food for our Labrador seeing this is a so called premium quality. When a Labrador won’t eat something you have got to question whether this product is any good. Customer services just refer you to the small print and the possibility of cross contamination now the packaging is open. Even the local Fox won’t touch it, so in the bin it goes. Would give Eden a zero star rating if I could. Interesting to see on their own website reviews are all wonderful which is utter rubbish!Update: .... after a bit of email jostling Eden have come through with a refund and some samples of their other flavours. Marked down by one star for the effort required on my part to get to a gesture of good will. Anyhow, thank you Eden.

I've been buying dog food from Eden for three years or so now, and just received another batch; my labradoodle, Rufus, loves the stuff. The service has been second to none and communication has always been great throughout the buying and delivery process.It's unfortunate that Kathy had the experience mentioned in her review; based on the purchases I've made from Eden Pet Foods it would seem that this is an isolated case.I'd recommend Eden to anybody who wants top quality pet food and efficient service. Good job guys, keep doing what you're doing!

I Havnt bought directly but from my local pet shop. I get puppy cuisine for my ridgeback pup and country cuisine for my 12 year old staffy. Only recently put my older dog onto this brand as he is a fussy eater, he loves eden though its the only dry food he will eat as it is with out adding any wet food on top. Definitely going to stick to this brand for life. All the correct,healthy and appropriate ingredients for dogs

Turned up at Eden HQ, clearly must have looked lost as a helpful gent flagged us down and gave us directions of where we needed to go! Went to the shop and another gent was very informative and helpful, talking is through the different types of food and showing us a few examples. Really helpful and so grateful to have this nearby.

Eden is in my opinion the best dog food that I have ever come across. My dog is the fussiest eater and she loves it. She also struggles to maintain weight as she does high levels of exercise (several hours of hard running a day) and on Eden she manages to maintain weight and build good muscle, since changing over a year ago, her physical condition is the best it’s ever been. It’s expensive but I believe totally worth it. I have recommended it to lots of people who have all loved it. Just as with humans the food we put in our dogs makes such a difference and Eden makes a great difference I wouldn’t feed anything else!

Our 6 years old miniature poodle named Bailey has been eating a high quality dog food since he was a puppy. But after giving him this food for about 3 years I noticed that now and again he would get diarrhea for unknown reason. Some days his stool would be normal and other days it would just be runny. I don't know if it was the food or he was sensitive to something which I haven't figure out till now. On his 6th birthday, I've decided to try an organic pet food hoping to cure his on and off diarrhea. So I headed to Maxi where I found Eden Organic Pet food. I bought a few bottles to try out and to my amazement Bailey just loved it so much that he couldn't stop licking his mouth. I've to admit that I've never seen him so excited in years until he tried Eden and I swear this food must be absolutely delicious that our dog would get so thrilled just merely saying the word Eden! And just after a week of giving him this pet food, his stool has become normal. Thank you Eden!

Bought this for my cockapoo who loved it however she unfortunately lost a lot of weight on it. Advice was just to increase the volume or change flavour. Increase in amount led to diarrhoea which was explained. I changed to a different brand on the recommendation of my Vet who was concerned about her presentation. You could see her hip bones and ribs. The difference within a month was amazing. I commented in the Eden group re my experience and my thought that Eden just wasn't right for everyone despite it being a good brandand was swiftly removed! Poor response from Eden. Suppressing honest feedback and advice to a fellow dog owner who was concerned about her dogs weight loss!

Received a free sample for the fish dry food which my puppy loved. Sadly after just 24 hours after trying my pup broke out in hives, started scooting and was generally uncomfortable. Took to emergency vets as my pup was very uncomfortable and was advised it was the food. Shame cause my pup really enjoyed these.

Incredibly helpful advice and I was given a couple of kilos of free kibble as a trial for my puppy!
