This new Thai Restaurant “Jack Thai” A quaint restaurant but great atmosphere is served the best and authentic thai cuisine in Sunderland..We throughly enjoyed our meal..Staff was friendly . Amazing food exceptional service .. plus the head chef is handsome.

Dined here with a group of friends,we used to done at the Thai Bay, so we're delighted to done hereAll was excellent , the food brilliant staff great, was unable to finish main course after enjoying preceding dishes , the staff were pleased to pack up unfinished meal for me to take home. We had the pleasure of dining at Jack Thai tonight and I must say, it was an incredible experience. Despite being newly opened, the restaurant's service was impeccable, and the flavors of the dishes truly stood out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and attentiveness from the staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered a delightful variety of Thai dishes, each exquisitely prepared and bursting with authentic flavors. It's hard to believe they've only been open for a week, given the level of professionalism and culinary mastery they've already achieved. I highly recommend Jack Thai to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

We had a party of 6 last night, very happy with everything from start to finish. The selection on the menu was great, we wanted to order everything! It was very tasty, service was great, lovely and friendly staff, restaurant is nice and clean, parking is easy as right next to The Bridges. Highly recommended, thank you again and I'll definitely come back.

Just had a cracking meal at Jack's Thai, a new joint in Sunderland, after a bit of a trek up the motorway from Leicestershire. The missus and I, big fans of a good duck dish, gave two different ones a go and we weren't let down. Both were top drawer, each with its own spin that gave us a proper taste of Thailand. I also fancied the calamari and I'm chuffed to say it was spot on - not a hint of the dreaded rubberiness you sometimes get. Tasty as you like and cooked just right.The real winner though, was the service. Friendly doesn't cut it - they were spot-on. Our waitress even noticed the missus is expecting and gave her a lovely congratulations. Made her day. So if you find yourself in Sunderland and you fancy a bit of Thai, give Jack's Thai a whirl. Good grub and service that'll make you feel right at home.

Been here for the first time today and what an absolutely beautiful little gem it is.We had the lunch time special which was 2 courses for £20 which ran till 5pm. Food was top drawer, portions were incredible.Highly recommend and will most definitely be going back.
