Very good test of golf, undulating with raised tees and greens make it a physical test as well.Small contoured greens, quick on our visit, make getting on the greens a challenge.Nice friendly welcome from everyone.

We've had a lot of rain in recent weeks, so it's no surprise the course was very soft and waterlogged in places. Would be a very nice course in drier months.

The course is in great condition with immaculate putting surfaces showing the fantastic job that the green staff have done over a very hot summer and how the investment in the new irrigation system is already paying dividends.

Course and clubhouse were very good but the problems lay elsewhere. We played on a Friday which I accept will be a busier day but we finished 5 hrs 40 mins after our booked tee time. Was total chaos on 1st tee with groups being sent to far flung parts of the course to try to sneak in a gap. Bizarrely there were course marshalls zipping about in buggies but clearly not speeding anyone up. I raised with the management afterwards but was fobbed off. A real disappointment.

Lovely course, worth the visit just for the breakfast. The service from the bar staff and pro shop was exceptional too

Unfortunately 4 holes were closed on our visit. But the rest of the course was great, but a little wet in places. Great staff in the clubhouse and pro shop. The food was excellent as well .

A great day out. Our society was looked after very well by the staff in the Lounge bar. Breakfast and lunch were good quality bacon rolls and ham, egg & chips. The course is in great condition with some new features (August 2023). If you are looking for a good quality society day you should always include Abridge Golf club in the conversation, you will not be disappointed.

Nice course but tough.Lots of dog-legs narrow tee shots and greens were hard as nails.Currently all of the bunkers are GUR so if you don't like sand now is the time to play here.Food is very good too.

Lovely course. Very well looked after. Club house is nice and food good. Well stocked bar.Friendly and helpful staff throughout.Could do with some proper sand in bunkers.
