Excellent service and a great selection of items on display. It really helps to see everything in person and be able to try out the taps, vanities, &c. The service is exceptional and quality knowledgeable advice is given without high pressure sales tactics. And good value for money to boot!

Visited Coventry plumbing & Heating on Saturday, 16th January and decided to return on Monday 17th as it was very busy. Turned up early on 17th and it was lovely and quiet. Spoke with the sales person for a price for a Villeroy & Boch Avante toilet who stated he would need to get back to me as they were difficult to price. Passed my business card and looked forward to the call...alas, it never arrived hence I purchased one from BPW in leamington two days later.Moral of my feedback is great facilities, great showroom which is well stocked but a shame the staff aren't engaged in the bathroom section by delivering customer service.

I visited Coventry plumbing this week with my mother in law as we were both looking for replacement bathrooms. The large showrooms are incredible with a vast range of baths, showers, shower enclosures and vanity units. They have bathrooms to suit every pocket and the staff members were attentive and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Particular thanks must go to one of the sales team, a gentleman called Kurt. We had booked an appointment with him to help us with both purchases. Kurt was fantastic walking around the showroom and advising us and answering questions. Our appointment with Kurt lasted over an hour and by the time we had finished we had both bought replacement showers, vanity units and all the parts to fit them. We both came away very happy not only with our purchases but with the great customer service we’d experienced.As you can gather I highly recommend Coventry Plumbing. If you’re looking for bathrooms, showers, heating or plumbing spares you cannot go wrong if you visit and more than that, the help and advice you will receive is priceless.

Can be a busy place with customers, but I got served quickly. I got what I wanted a radiator, and it was a reasonable price.

Good display, though having walked around a few times no one around to ask for help when we saw a member of staff walking by we politely asked if he'd help us out, he walked off saying he'd find someone.... 10 mins later we finally got seen to!Other than that we were sorted and paid within 5 mins and no pushy salesmen so productive visit at least.

Terrible people, especially the old guy with glasses and bald. Very racist, was complaining about everything and making fun from us that we don’t speak English. Will never come back.
