Highly recommended for TV repairs in Aberdeen. The service was quick, efficient, and cheaper than expected and it's nice to know that repair services like this still exist rather than having to throw the TV away and replace with new.

Not a single tv repairer in Aberdeen till I found Videoplus. Was so close to buying a new smart tv however got it fixed for far less, in less time and works perfectly. Great service, great price. Will recommend anytime, anyday

Videoplus identified the problem with my television, repaired it very quickly without making a fuss and a without charging a ridiculous fee. I will return to Videoplus with any future TV problems and I recommend them to anyone else.

I took my Sony BluRay player to Videoplus. I had it back, working normally in about 24 hours. I paid more than I wanted, but it was certainly less than a new player--I'm sure the price was fair. Denis was friendly and forthright, obviously knowledgeable and experienced, and as I said, quick. Based on this one experience, I can recommend Videoplus and I will return if I need similar services again.

Great service I would recommend it. I had my charger plug broken for 3M Adflo battery. This gentleman repaired it same day. I am so glad that we have places like that in Aberdeen. Where in era of consumption people forget that we used to repaired things when broke. And things used to be produced sturdy. When we had craftsman. Great place strongly recommend.

Contacted Videoplus on Monday about my television problem. Dropped off T V on Tuesday got call in the afternoon with cost of repair. T V fixed and collected Wednesday morning. Fantastic friendly and inexpensive service. Would highly recommend.

I was in distress, I wanted to connect my TV. The owner of this business came and looked at the TV, checked the internet, because I brought the TV from abroad, not only did he find out about the TV, he suggested how I can order a remote and how he could help me. He was very friendly and efficient and extremely helpful.

Incompetent. Assured me a specific board was faulty. After buying a new one and fitting it still didn't work. Had to pay postage and re stocking charge to send back. Bought one of the other boards and fitted myself and now working perfectly.

My 12-year-old 32 Panasonic HD TV suddenly presented me with a completely blank screen but the sound was still audible which led to to suspect that the LCD screen had given up the ghost.
