Very pleased with Central Business Sales. Advertised my business then sold it. Job done.

Asked these amateurs to remove my business from there website after 1 year without a single viewing. What they then did was put my business as sold by them which was blatant lies. Please please avoid central business sales from Edinburgh if you really want to sell your business.

I contacted Central Business Sales after another agent had my property on the market for over 6 months with only 1 viewing! I found them to be very professional in initial meetings, and they had my listing up quickly. Their fees were also lower than I had previously paid.Within two days I already had two viewings lined up, and I eventually sold the property with three weeks which I was extremely pleased with.I would definitely recommend Central Business Sales to anyone looking to buy or sell a business property.

I tried calling them about a business I was interested in but they wouldn’t tell me the sales figures until I’ve viewed the business, I find this quite strange, how will anyone know if they’re interested in the business without knowing how it’s doing? You want me to come down and waste both mine and the vendors time just to find out whether I’m happy with the weekly turnover? I wasn’t asking for the accounts, just an indication of the weekly sales figures, I find this company very difficult to deal with!
