Fantastic experience working with Edward and team over the past year! I highly recommend Cocoon. They provide a very personal service taking time to help you through the letting process and assisting with any questions along the way. The level of service has been great both before letting the property and during the letting. They are always available to answer questions as needed and respond very quickly to emails. Cocoon is the only company I would work with in Kingston. Plus their fees cannot be beaten!

Cocoon Estate Agents (and especially Rianna, who I dealt with) have exceeded expectations. Responses and support have been prompt and honest. The service provided is exactly what was promised to me with no hidden extras, friendly, open and much cheaper than any other estate agents that I have come across. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Most unprofessional Estate agent I have ever come across. After arranging the first viewing for a property to buy we didn't manage to get in as they didn't give the tenants enough notice, second time no issues, third time they realised they did not have the key to the property on the way to meet us after everything had been arranged with plenty of advance. Not to mention waste of time, train fares and distress caused by such unprofessional behavior.

I sold my flat through Cocoon in April 2021. I paid for a listing only service and so had to take my own photos, write a description etc and Cocoon forwarded me the enquiries from Rightmove. Ed and Courtney were easy to deal with and I ended up instructing them for their sales chasing service to help my sale go through.If you are expecting a full estate agency service for £99 then you will be disappointed - these guys do exactly as they promise and no more. If you want a fair and professional service just to get your listing up on the property portals then this agent is perfect. Easy to get hold of and transparent.I think they do offer more proactive and hands-on services if that is what you are after, I am only commenting on their cheap Rightmove listing only service and their sales chasing service - both of which were exactly as described.

I've used Cocoon Estate Agents for over four years now for a buy to let property. New to being a landlord, I've found them incredibly helpful and reassuring, advising me on all matters and queries. They are a small team so you get a personal service and they recently found me a new tenant at a particularly difficult time within a month of the previous tenant moving out. I recommend them without reservation.

One of the most stressful and energy sucking experiences I ever had. Charged me for professional cleaning prior moving into a property and when I moved there were rubbish bags all over the flat, including bedrooms!!!!! When it came the time of moving out advised me incorrectly on Deposit Return policy which created another drama situation! MD is completely unprofessional in dealing with people, will be rude and inappropriate in the way he emails you even if you are being polite and just trying to get things sorted. Unfortunately, for me it was a terrible experience! I would personally not recommend this agency to anyone.

Excellent service. I have stayed in one of the properties in Walton On Thames for 3 years. Always easy to contact and really fast to resolve any issues that we had. Cocoon manage the property very well. Really sad that I had to leave so well managed property. Fully recommend for tenants and landlords.

I had previously been renting my house with a large well known high street brand but I wanted to change to a smaller independent team of dedicated professionals, and I was recommended to Cocoon by an old friend. I have found the team to be excellent and I know they are experts and I appreciate their approach and their advice and patience. Recently, and during one of the most turbulent times in History for many industries, Cortni helped me to find really nice tenants very quickly and it was a pleasure to work with her. I now want Cortni to work with all our rental properties and I would be happy to recommend Cocoon to friends and family.

Went to view a house with these estate agents,really friendly and communicated so well via email, and they are really respectful and I enjoyed viewing with them, sadly the property wasn't for us but I would recommend viewing through these guys based on thier customer service alone.
