Great campsite! It's small and cozy with clean facilities. There's a hairdryer available, and they also have a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron. You can rent fireplace and firewood and bring your own bbq. Big advantage is that you can check in until 9 in the evening, while many other campsites close early.

Small, quiet site with friendly staff. Clean, basic facilities (shop was closed during our visit). Great location for visiting Stonehenge and Salisbury.

Pitches for Motorhomes are level and the hook up points are very near. There was little or no noise from the surrounding area so it was very quiet. Toilet/washroom/shower/pot wash etc. all clean and well stocked but not very warm, the outside temp was about 2C so perhaps this should have been expected. The site had plenty of room for activities including children's play area and room for the bigger ones to play football or whatever. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Great little park with good spots for caravans, motor homes and tents. Caretakers are lovely and Ian had plenty of knowledge of the area and places to visit. We stayed in one of their little huts, great price for the area, plenty of room inside for 2 people, mattresses need replacing as they have been squash down. Only bad thing is the showers, no pressure, such fine spray it's hard to wash, which makes you spend more time in them. Other than that, highly recommend, especially if you're wanting to visit Stonehenge.

We stayed 3 nights in November. The hard standings were very narrow and we couldn’t avoid standing on long wet muddy grass outside the van. No hot water for dishwashing on the first day but this was fixed. However showers were very feeble and one was very hot and the other only tepid. Very unsatisfactory. In addition the shower and toilet block although clean, had a metal roof and the condensation was excessive with water running down the tiles and a constantly wet floor. It was also very cold as it had no insulation and inadequate heating. Not suitable for winter camping at all and not what we were led to believe from the reviews. We did point out the shower issues with the owner, who expressed surprise which is interesting as other reviews have identified the same problem. We won’t be back. Needs significant upgrading.

The campsite itself is lovelyPrevious reviews say good well stocked shop - sorry totally disagree everything looked out of date and it wasn’t very clean.Didn’t actually see owners just some people that were more interested in sorting out parcel deliveries. Such a shame did put a damper on the visit.Probably wouldn’t stay again

Small family camping with everything you need. Lots of big trees and shadow, tidy pitches. Friendly staff. Notice, close to big military training terrein, you can hear tanks driving and shooting sometimes. Distant enough not to be disturbing.

Friendly staff, well stocked and reasonably priced shop.Large pitches. Ground was very hard, owner kindly lent us pegs.Kids enjoyed the park.Shower and toilet blocked needed more regular cleaning, but we’re acceptable. The friendly cats on site were a bonus.Great distance from Stonehenge.

May not be a fair review, but when we turned up we felt it was more residential caravans. Obviously several caravans were lived in not on vacation. Not a holiday feel. Work vehicles appeared. Lots of noise from a motorhome being valeted by electric polisher and hammering from a car being repaired. Didn't help with my wife feeling under the weather. So not at all quiet as others experienced. Only stayed 1 night. Not a good experience for us.
