Kinetics Sports Massage Therapy
Caroline does an excellent massage with a good firm pressure. She is very knowledgeable and caring and has given me good advice for stretching between sessions and I was so glad of the weekly stretch classes during lockdown!I've been seeing her for massages for over the past year now and she has really helped me with my neck and shoulder pain. Even though at this current time having a massage is a little different with the extra precautions and PPE I think she has done a great job of making the environment safe but also welcoming and relaxing.Thank you Caroline! looking forward to my next appointment!

I've been working with Caroline for quite a while now, since taking up triathlons. Caroline has been great at providing regular maintenance sessions that have kept me training hard and has been able to fix me when things go wrong. She has provided valuable advice to help me overcome injuries and guidance as to how I can improve mobility and keep those niggles at bay.

With pain in my right side of my back for over year, I was surprised on how quick I started to feel a difference. After my first session I was able to finally get a full nights sleep. After a few more session I’m able to work pain free.An added bonus was that caroline was friendly and also very informative with every last bit, as well being able to put up with my chit chat.I couldn’t recommend highly enough

I can not recommend Caroline enough, not only is she incredibly lovely she has now twice healed quite chronic issues for me. She is quick to work out what’s really going on with my body, explain it in a way I can understand and then immediately provides relief with her treatment. She also gives manageable steps to take at home to help relieve the problem between sessions. She also never pressures for another session and completely takes it on your pain level/need. She really is the best!

Defiantly feel the benefits from have a regular sports massage with Kinetics, I'm a long distance runner with a very physical demanding job, no matter if my niggle is work or running related, i always receive great treatment & advice. :)

Always had a bad back and too many kids means I am always in pain! Tried cupping at Kinetics and what a difference that made! Normal massage would fix my back for a few days, cupping fixes it for weeks - highly recommend giving it a try, doesn't hurt at all. Caroline is great at what she does and always appreciates when someone brings her cake. Thanks for fixing me Caroline!

I’ve been seeing Caroline for over a year now and time after time, my broken bits are fixed, advise is always offered on how to maintain and improve on going issues and the massages really help maintain a good feeling throughout the body!Amazing service, really attentive, listens to all your issues and really helps find the root cause of your problems!Can speak highly enough of Caroline and the Kinetic Team!Would recommend them to anyone!
