What a dreadful company have been chasing me for the past 8 months or so for a number I cancelled. I have told them it was cancelled and I don’t want the service yet every bill cycle they increase the amount I owe them and bombard me with text and email messages. Come on call ready get a life . You can’t be that hard up for money that you need to do this. As for services they are poor company seems to be run out of a bedroom with staff having no idea on how the system works or what the company offers. There are much better companies out there these guys don’t even have a system you can login too so as to divert your number you have to email them each time and wait, yet there prices are much the same as companies where you can do this most basic operation yourself from your account infancy they don’t even have an account you log into basic at best and disappointing service

Started off fine with a low costing monthly payment.After several months this was raised without communication. This happened a number of times. When I decided enough was enough my business made the move to port our number to another provided. Once this went through we were charged a large fee from this business. Additionally invoices kept being sent from call ready after we had left their business.Customer service did not help with this at all and I am still waiting for these invoices to stop, advise businesses find another provider.

Not sure why this company has such a bad score!! Customer service has always been top notch!! We have been with them for 4 years!! Always polite!! Highly recommended!! Dan is a star!! Ignore the bad reviews!! We highly suggest you get an account with these people!!

Poor quality of service this company is very basic after signing up for a number found out there was no account to login and divert your number instead you have to email them and they will do it for you. Must be a very small company never heard of it being done like this before. When you call customer services they don’t seem to know much. Seems like a bunch of people working out there basement. Wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company. You’ll find out you have more staff than they do small company big prices low service and none of the features found with other like companies cheaply out what others are offering before wasting your time here coz they won’t let you port your number easily.

I have been with this company for 6+ years and I have always had a pleasant experience with the call ready team. Recently, any query I have would usually be referred to either Molly, Katie or Emily and they are a pleasure to work with. They are extremely polite and always try their best to offer a resolution as quickly as possible. I have had some issues in the past, but this was quickly resolved by the call centre staff. Dan has also intervened on some occasions and dealt with me with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Avoid at all costs.Signed up to this company for the first 3 months for a 2.99 number in March. Got billed 2 times for £3.50 in april then may. I also cancelled on May 21st then got billed in July for usage in June for £16+ when the number should still be £3.50 odd ???? I also got charged £1.99 for a non direct debit fee + £1.95 for a payphone block ?? what is that ??Spoke to them on the phone...Director Dan couldn't come to the phone to speak about the emails he sent me.Make your terms and billing cycles clearer. FCA should look at this company as a prime example of how not to treat customers fairly.Now that I see these other reviews I'll be contacting the ombudsmanRip off / crooks

Charging more than advertised prices on their website.I made a complaint march 2022: Also they have done the same thing in April 2023! And I never got any compensation or resolution, I will be taking my complaint to ofcom now. I have logged into my bank account today and can see that you have taken £8.33 out of my account instead of the usual £5.94

Dreadful company 0/10Dreadful company and know nothing about customer service. we moved banks so were paying this company directly for a couple of payments second one being Decembers invoice which was due on the 24th. Our Christmas Holidays had started and on Arriving back at work on catch up mode discover we have a late payment charge larger than our bill ???. 30 days is standard for almost all companies but not this one as you get 0 working days minutes and seconds.So let us just think about this, You get your invoice at 9 am and within a nano second your a late payer (according to the company).Became difficult when asked to provide invoices we could access,Refused to give start and end dates for charged periods,Claimed had no legal obligation to invoice dates for said charged periods,Failed to send invoices we could open,Failed to provide contract between us,Failed to send paper billing when requested and added late payment charges.Needless to say we terminated a service we had for a number of years.Without such appalling service we would have continued to use this provider for a long long time

I have amended this review as the poor service I previously reported was as a direct result of an ex-employee's malicious behaviour. The Manager has now sorted this with a sincere apology and refunded the erroneous charges. he has also given a gesture of goodwill which is very much appreciated.

I tried to port my number away from this company a few months ago. I am still in the process of. In my own opinion the minute they heard I wanted to go to another provider they tried to make it as difficult as possible. They do not respond to my emails, they do not respond to the emails from the new provider, they are basically trying to stall/avoid the unavoidable.Honestly, I believe that any business that uses such business practices should go out of business. For good. Looking at the other reviewers before me it, I think it is not going to be too long before that happens.
