Bought a van from here and got nothing but hassle with it , customer services where useless also.Bought this van and it's been overheating had it back to them three times finance company sent me a letter saying that Arnold Clark were offering me my £10,000 deposit back plus any monthly payments I've paid to date but try dealing with them is proving very problematic. I'm signed up to an UNREGULATED finance agreement that wasn't explained to me at the time...so be careful about buying your next vehicle.Just an update on this post... I eventually got paid my deposit back plus the finance payments I had made but why it took months only Arnold Clark can answer that question, the end result is that I still lost several thousand pounds as I had fitted a tail lift and roller shutter etc but Arnold Clark were not giving me anything towards these costs. I was told they would be putting the van for auction...it would be interesting to see what they sell it for as I'm sure they will make profit on the vehicle.

Literally just visited your Motorstore on London Road, Glasgow and honestly the most bizarre car sales experience of my life.I went with my wife who had every intention of buying as she bought her last car from Arnold Clark East Kilbride.But on entering the dealership not one salesperson approached us or even said hello. Then when we asked for help I felt we had inconvenienced him. Then when we gave our specific requirements, instead of giving any guidance on which car might suit us, we were essentially guided outside to the lot and told to find a car for ourselves which would help him build a deal. The whole point in going to a dealership is to get guidance and narrow it down to a handful of cars that we could then test drive.My wife only has an automatic license and when we asked how many automatics they had, he literally answered lots" and told us to go look for one outside.This is not what I expect from a dealership experience. In all honesty I've bought many cars in my life and I've never dealt with a salesperson who could have been less interested in selling us a car today.We are a family who renew our cars every 3 years and I can assure you it will never be with Arnold Clark again."

I recently purchased a car from Arnold Clark London Road and unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. While they made numerous promises during the sales process, I found that their after-sales service fell short of my expectations.The day after I took delivery of the car I discovered a crack in the leather seat. I promptly informed the salesperson, who initially assured me that the issue would be resolved and that it wasn't a big deal. However, several days later, the parking sensors on the vehicle malfunctioned and required assessment and repair. It was during this process that things took a turn for the worse.Although they agreed to fix the parking sensors, when I brought up the leather seat issue, I was informed that the sales manager had deemed it as sold as seen." This sudden change in stance felt arbitrary and inconsistent with the promises made earlier. It left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.The disregard for repairing a tear in the seat is particularly disappointing. Was out looking for a new car with my husband on Saturday originally at Linwood Arnold clark with no success of finding a new car. Went to London Road Arnold clark and Dominic approached myself asking if we needed help. After having a discussion and being shown a car which wasn’t even on the website yet we ended up buying an Audi A4 estate and the process of everything was amazing. Pretty straight forward and Dominic was such a lovely person. Couldn’t fault Dominic what so ever, very helpful, communication was on point and honestly could not fault him at all. Second time we have purchased a car from the London Road Arnold Clark, will definitely be back when it’s time for a new car again.

Gavin was great! I came in wanting a fiat 500 which they didn’t have but he went out of his way to continuously inform me that they were getting one to the exact specification and colour. He gave continuous update along the way and made the entire process super easy! Will highly recommend contacting him if you’re interested in getting a car from this branch.
