I used Crucial Environmental for an asbestos survey on a house that we are buying. I was very impressed with the report they wrote and they were fast and efficient. However, I was very unimpressed with the after-sales service. I requested several times to speak to someone at the company to discuss over the phone some of the things they found and for advice about what to do but despite several emails to them, when I was continuously assured someone would call, no one did. Very disappointing and that's why they only get 3 stars
