No matter how nice you are on the phone, you cannot make up for it if the job does not get done - in fact, make a problem worse. It's been 3 weeks since I gave my Samsung laptop in for a colour repair. It came back with a File System Error, meaning all my data had to be wiped out the second time it went for repair. I've just received it back, had to go through drawn out set up process, install Windows 10 and find out after all this that my original problem re colour still exists. No joke, I've lost WELL over a £1000 in bookings as a graphic designer. I am going to pursue compensation - as well as try and get my laptop fixed.

Dropped my laptop on Monday. Wouldn't even turn on. Phoned Digicare (Joy) Monday am. She gave me details of what it would cost to ship & assess, inclusive of VAT (£25). They arranged pickup Tuesday am. Phoned me with quote to repair on Wednesday am. Laptop back repaired Friday lunchtime.Wow! Thank you.

Absolute disgrace of a company. You get told they will call you back, and they don't. Obnoxious on the phone whenever they do answer, some staff haven't had training so you get passed around from pillar to post. I've had to call them every time regarding my laptop as they've had it for over 10 days now it was supposed to be sent back yesterday, still no notification of dispatch, so that's at least Monday until it's actually sent, don't worry don't need it at all I just sent it off for the craic.......

Terrible company, avoid at all costs.I'll walk you through the lengthy 4 month process i've had with Digicare.I sent a Laptop to be repaired by them in January, the issue was rampant fan noise. Firstly, they replaced the fans but also left the laptop in admin mode when delivering back to me, which I didn't have a password for and had to ring and get off them. The laptop also wasn't fixed and had to go back a second time.The second time, they replaced the motherboard, which didn't work. It had to go back a 3rd time.The 3rd time, they replaced the fans AGAIN. Unsurprisingly, after not making a difference the first time, this fix didn't work.I rang up again to book a repair, and they asked me to PROVE IT WAS BROKEN. I was completely insulted by this, as they had adressed the issue to me over the phone and knew exactly what it was.After sending a video across clearly showing the problem, they took it off me for a 4th time. Despite having a completely clear video of the issue, they deemed it as working in correct order, and said they would send it back to me. (This was a week ago, I still have not received).I'm completely stuck now, with a laptop I paid £1200 for less than a year ago because Digicare refuse to deem it irreplaceable, presumably not wanting to admit they can't repair a product?Not too sure what to do going forward with this product, but I feel completely let down by a company that Samsung puts so much faith in to carry out their warranty repairs. They should be ashamed.

Sent them a laptop for diagnostics and repair under the samsung warranty and my experiance was extremely poor. Staff were rude and could not provide basic information. My laptop has gone missing by their logistics department and they could not track it informing that they need at least 5 days to find this out from DPD. It took me one call to DPD to find out it has been delivered with no issues. For 3 days they had no idea they were in possession of my device. Once found they couldn't be bothered to let me know that they have got it. Completion of work within the specified timelines is also something they cannot guarantee. It took 3 weeks for my laptop to be inspected which required continuous chasing. If parts are required then the whole process can take a very long time way beyond the 14 days they guaranteed. Very inconvenient! I'd recommend to stay away from this company. Would I have known about this poor experience I'd get it repaired myself. BTW I'm still waiting for it to be returned..

Excellent service and customer care, recommend going here for any problems or advice with mobile phones! Very friendly people, didn't feel like they were just trying to cheat me out of my money. Fixed my phone in under 15 minutes meaning I didn't have to buy a new one. A delightful visit!

My hard drive went on my new Samsung laptop, repaired in a week came back. I had to phone the company for them to talk me though how to reboot it, as this wasn't done by the engineer, even though he signed it off! According to the paper work. It took over half an hour to sort out, the lady on the customer service line was doing her best to help which was great. Anyway seven weeks later the hard drive went again,I've had it back, and must say the engineer who fixed it this time (as I've seen on the paper work it was a differenet one) he did a great job! Very happy so far, it is working so much better than before. Thank you Digicare.

Avoid. Repair took double quoted time, which would have been ok , if they didnt send the unit back woth an obvious defect in a replacement screen that could have easily been avoided if they did do their quality checks properly.

Popped in to get my boys tablet fixed as the screen was unresponsove, and they fixed it for free. Lovely friendly service, quick and courteous. The prices on the stock in the shop seemed really good too.
