Thought Id try this place out as it really stood out. Unfortunately thats the only thing you’ll enjoy most likely.The smashed burgers were so thinly smashed - i could see holes in the patty! absolute waste of money paying £11 for a triple smashed patty that is 1 patty combined in other places Ive tried. Horrible! Worst part was they gave very cold salad and sauces which made the bottom half of the burger especially the bun cold and soggy.Also got the BBQ BACON FRIES… what bacon? Literally a tea spoon of scatter tiny chopped bits. The fries were well overcooked too.It was soo busy and was in a rush to leave or else I would’ve complained to the manager.Never coming back thats for sure.Customer service was okay, nothing special.Atmosphere, the deco is great.What a waste of £29.

A very exciting menu which includes delicious beef and chicken burgers, cheesy fries, chicken tenders and not to forget the milkshakes. Every item tried was amazing and was very filling too. Average waiting times and ample seating but could get busy, specially on weekends and lunch time. Could not try the waffles but would recommend as they come in massive portions.

The Sweet Alabama burger was alright although the amount of grease ruined the flavour a bit. Fries were not seasoned and weren't great. Staff forgot to bring over one of our drinks. Overall, a mediocre burger but with good portion sizes.

Great food, Superb Service, Atmosphere was nice apart from the music being a little too loud for my liking.The burgers are mouthwatering. Genuinely hit the nail on the head with the burgers. Brioche buns and crispy fried chicken with a nice bed of salad and mayo.Loaded Fries were a little too cheesy however they hit the spot.On the plus side, they have automated ordering screens by the front door which make ordering a breeze.Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Trafford Centre/Trafford Palazzo

This is probably the 4th time I have visited Archies in Trafford Centre with my family and have found that the food has been consistent. However, on this occasion it wasn't up to the usual high standard. I ordered the chicken deluxe burger and found that the burger wasn't warm. I asked the waitress if she could replace it. It felt as if she brought the same one back as it was still the same temperature. I begrudgingly ate it, but wasn't satisfied.Other than that, the service was great and the other items of food was also very tasty.The front of house staff was really polite and did ask me for my thoughts on how Archies was today and I gave her the above feedback. She apologised and said she would pass on the feedback to her team but advised I should have sent it back for the 2nd time, but I explained, I was too hungry to wait for much longer.

We had a pleasant young lady escort our family of five to the table, she explained the QR code, which is a great concept. The unfortunate thing was that there was no WI-FI and the 4/5g is very poor, which causes a massive issue if this is your business model! Food arrived quickly even though it was very busy, and it tasted great. However when we asked for salt and pepper another waitress didn’t have a clue what we were talking about, she also had a very strong accent, which in a very busy and loud restaurant wasn’t ideal. I would suggest that this restaurant is aimed at teenagers and young adults. But it was pleasant enough. The restaurant was also very hot which made it uncomfortable whilst eating hot food.

Great value food in a great atmosphere (if you love Pink!) order and pay on the app and your food is quickly delivered. I recommend the Maltesers milkshake and cheese burger which was amazing !

Archie's - Trafford Centre
Went here in way to some where else. A bit dear which would expect in such a setting. Bit unfortunately portions were quite small as well, which is reason why it’s 4 not 5 stars. Good choice on menu and staff were very friendly. Lots of seats and someone has put a lot of thought into the restaurant and is done up nicely. Will go back, as very tasty!
