Service was great, work carried out was good. 1 star, I have been chasing for over 4 months for the 10 year guarantee certificate. Still no joy. Have called and emailed.

Renlon staff are really arrogant and horrifically rude. Speaking to Chantelle or Chantai regarding a damp survey, she tried to force a non refundable £350 out of me for the survey over the phone, when I questioned her why It was so much and what was included she said it is what it is and to deal with it? I asked to speak to a manager and she replied I couldn't as they don't have time to talk to me as I was wasting their time. Take your money elsewhere, this place is hideous.

Renlon installed a waterproofing soloution at one of our properties less than 3 years ago to have it recently fail with the heavy rain, I needed them to come back to rectify so contacted the office only to be greeted by a rude receptionist called Chantelle who didnt seem to have a clue and said my 10 year guaranteee was invalid, I almost felt like she was trying to fob me off and get me off the phone...I was then passed to operations to finally be told it was valid but they couldnt come and look at it for 6 months as they have no staff? Im not sure what is going on at this company as of late but this is not what I expected from a waterproofing specialist"."

Basement design and building business

Dangerous driving seen by this company car overtaking a bus and car in the town centre. After seeing this type of driving I would not trust this person to complete any work on my home.

Really good service from start to finish, not one problem. Responsive, lovely staff throughout from the office to the Ops through to the highly skilled, tidy & courteous man who carried out the work to a really high standard. It’s a minefield of getting damp fixed, so happy I chose the right company.

Called upon renlon to come back and fix a failed waterproofing installation at my property only for their operations manager, Julie to forget three times over a month to book in my works depsite me chasing and only getting a one reply saying sorry theyre having staffing issues?! Outrageous
