I took part in training as part of my job in a builders merchants. I would highly recommend any roofer or anyone getting into roofing visit.

Very easy found, all around clean, good service

Poor quality provider of roof tiles that lack adequate customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.That about sums up BMI Redland right now. On the current project I have needed a range of tile types totalling approx 3000. The quality observed has been very poor with countless chips, cracks, out of shape, and the well known inability to match colours across batches. BMI Redland simply rely on the roofer working round all their faults; their customer service is lacking and they are quite happy providing sub standard products.This latest project has been a perfect example of how BMI Redland refused to replace the, quite frankly, unusable tiles that they made. On one batch of cloaks the level of damage was over 50% and simply because the pallet had been with us for more than 30 days they have chosen to take the line, ‘not our problem’. Obviously cloaks are one of the last things being fitted so it is understandable that they could sit a while. The pallet had sat in front of 24/7 cctv so could be evidenced that it had not been knocked, touched or anything else.Bottom line. I could not more strongly recommend that you do not use BMI Redland tiles. It is simply not good for business to have a supplier that doesn’t help make your work look good and has such a poor attitude towards the quality of the goods that they supply. I place a significant value on having people around you that you trust and can rely on; BMI Redland have let themselves down.

Ok not a fan of construction suppliers, too much like hard work.

Covid precautions in place, system works ok, quick turnaround.

Spoke to customer service in cirencester to enquire about the tile shortage, and as to whether they could advise when they could fill back orders, and the lady I spoke to was so rude, being very short and snappy with me and soon as I asked a question. She was very off with me from the start. I asked if I was speaking to customer service, to which she replied yes, I said well do you think it's good customer service to speak to a customer like that. She hung up on me. Its a shame that someone like that is representing a big company like redland.

Not so bad once you've worked out the procedure. Yard staff are nice and friendly

Good site. But near a no go area for trucks. Perhaps plumb in 'The Mallards' as a street name which site is close to.
