Good burgers,also the chicken strips are very good.I think is much better then McDonald's ,Food is tasty.The waffels &ice cream desert was a bit hard,maybe if was a bit soft would been much better.

My first visit - can’t fault it!Alfie was so polite, spot on.Food was top notch.I suppose I’ll get frowned at by some for saying this BUT it was a treat to be served by staff who understood and spoke the English language - sadly not always the case these days!!I’ll be back……

Not been in a Wimpy for many a year. Decided to visit the Eastbourne restaurant on a very busy Saturday (16th December). Despite being run off their feet the staff were extremely courteous & helpful. Our order was delivered in remarkably quick time by the team. I understand that Jack or James served us..the other one being the cook, but we also spoke & a couple of the young ladies on duty that lunch time who were excellent. I was also very impressed with their cleaning regime...the moment a table was vacated the area was swept & all the surfaces disinfected, including the laminated place mat/game board used by the children & all bases & backs of the seating. A credit to the company...we'll be back, but maybe not til after Christmas! Thanks Eastbourne Wimpy.

What an amazing and pleasant experience. Staff are amazing, attentive, great place to come and we will be back! Milkshakes are out of this world, really feels like it hasn’t lost its character from when I used to go when I was a youngster! Well done Wimpy Eastbourne!

My recent visit to a Wimpy restaurant was marked by a mix of experiences. The restaurant was overseen by a fantastic and energetic manager, which was a positive aspect. However, the staff, both servers and chefs, appeared to lack experience.The overall dining experience felt like a cross between Wetherspoons and McDonald's. The food seemed to be preheated, and the prices were on the higher side. I spent £27 on the meal, and to my surprise, a drink was not included in the meal choice and had to be purchased separately, which added to the cost.Comparatively, the value for money wasn't great, especially when you can get similar food and service at Wetherspoons for a fraction of the cost (around £9).In summary, while the Wimpy restaurant had its positives, the overall experience didn't justify the price, making it seem like money was not well spent.

Have been here more than 6 times, and it is always perfect!! Great food, top quality and delicious. Love the menu variety and desserts. The manager is always friendly and working hard, cares about the customers and staff. All waiters/waitresses friendly and quick.

OK food and an average experience. As the staff are all very young and new, I expect this place to improve over time. That being said, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The manager seemed a bit tense and stressed which weakened the experience. The place is modern and clean.As this was my first Wimpys I can't compare to other branches, but for the price and the time waiting for the food I can say that it was worth trying once and that's probably enough for me.

Next door to a McDonald's, Wimpy has much better food, service, and atmosphere. You are treated like a person here. Burger meat looks and tastes more like real meat. I'm glad we came here!

We had a fab quick lunch today beginning from the helpful manager directing me to my family who had gone upstairs. The service from our server Rio was excellent, he got an extra biscuit for my mum after my daughter took hers and gave us a game to occupy my daughter while we waited a short time for our burgers to arrive. We enjoyed our burgers, especially the Quorn burger.

Best Wimpy by far, that I've been to. Awesome staff, polite and respectful. I'm in the area again working, so couldn't resist a return visit, their big boss was in this afternoon and was actually very hands on. Respect.
