Mimi Lomax Hair and Makeup

Mimi did my wedding makeup- I had a white wedding and an Indian wedding which needed two very different makeup looks. She did my makeup so perfectly for both days and made me feel so beautiful. She also did my bridesmaid's and mum's makeup- all of our makeup looked perfect until the end of the night. She is not only incredibly talented but also very professional and reliable. Mimi did hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaid and mum on my wedding day. Even before the trial she asked for information on the look we were going for, so she was well prepared. I had a trial at her place and she took lots of time to ensure it was what I wanted and to test different techniques for the actual day. Mimi was really relaxed on the wedding morning and we were all pleased with her work. Both the hair and makeup stayed really well throughout the day and we would highly recommend her services to other brides.

I was very particular and nervous to choose my wedding hair & make up.Mimi is not only talented in Hair and make up, she has great taste and fashion sense and eyes for detail. (This is something you can’t be trained to be good!) Especially her make up was so natural yet beautiful, everyone who saw my wedding pictures loved my make up- I met so many people who said they had to change their makeup after the make up artist was gone, mine was perfect!She is very patient and listen to you, and most importantly, she tries to understand exactly what you want. On our trial, she was very eager to get it right and she would try until I was 100% happy. I was very touched with it. She has great sense of humour and made me feel like she was my best friend on the wedding day which, I feel it’s the most important part.Thank you Mimi! X

Mimi did my bridal make up and all my bridesmaids and she was fantastic.I’m not good at knowing make up styles or describing what I wanted but Mimi just seemed to know and did it perfectly.Our make up looked really glamorous but not too much at the same time and lasted all day.Even when we we’re running behind schedule Mimi was super chill and such a lovely person to have around on my wedding morning.

Mimi is a talented, wonderful and approachable make up artist, she has done my make up on a few occasions for wedding events and at each event I've had friends and family ask if she is available to do theirs which itself speaks volumes and is reflective of her make up artistry as a work of art and magic!
