I contacted R and R Glass mid november 2016 to make a driveway through 20 meters of forest. Richard answered quickly and came to see the land in 2 days to give me a quote. He assured me it could be done before the end of the year, and a few days later gave me a quote. Then I waited. Then I received emails from him (supposedly) asking for half the deposit up front. Of course it was a scam, and Richard's email account was likely compromised. No big deal, I still waited for him to do the job. And I waited, And I waited. Since January, he stopped answering me. Radio silence. Job never coming to completion.Is this the way to treat your customers?

Very pleasant crew, came for estimate when said, very good price, cleaned up after themselves very obliging.

I used R and R Glass last year to completely overhaul my front garden into a lock block driveway. The job done was of superb quality, within the timescale quoted and payment was taken after completion which I found reassuring.

Thank you Richard and your great team of workers. I am delighted with all the work completed as promised by Christmas., even though you quoted me back in August and I cancelled your start date Thanks for honouring quote which I gladly paid today.
