Excellent in all aspects. 5 ⭐My Family and I have been going to the Biddulph Branch for over ten years.Access for the disabled is excellent, as is the service provided for those who have any special requirements.In my many visits here I have always been beyond satisfied; the service is consistently above and beyond the norm.

My daughter started going to cottons following an eye operation and finding out she had a condition called ocular albinism around 3 years of age(shes now 11). All staff are fantastic with her and she loves her visits. Won't take her anywhere else.

After going to several opticians over the years I will no longer go anywhere else, I am always made to feel welcome, help is always available and my checkups are very thoughrough and if I am ever unsure of anything the staff go out of their way to help, I would 100% reccommend going here as I’ve never felt so comfortable

Our family have been patients of Mr Cotton for many years and have always been more than satisfied. My 95year old frail,wheelchair bound mother in law is also well cared for. She is tested without ever having to leave her wheelchair. The staff are helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend this optician.

First time visiting an optician with my 8yr old nephew, after he complained of pain in his eye at school. Very quick to get an appointment, thorough professional examination and totally reassuring that all is well. Can't thank the Cotton's team enough. My young son has to attend cottons options for his eye tests and we have always received excellent service from all the staff. They are always very efficient, he recently broke his pair and they did everything they could to get him a new pair and they were ready that afternoon! Would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Cottons Opticians for over twenty years. I have always been impressed with the care and attention given to me when having the test, choosing new frames and the subsequent after care. Even though I no longer live in the town, I have kept going back to Cottons because I am happy with how the staff go above and beyond their roles. They are professional, well trained, friendly and very accommodating.

I have been going to cottons for a few years now and wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They really go above and beyond - as i found out pre Christmas when my eldest son had a sudden eye problem. Genuinely lovely people, i wouldnt go anywhere else.
