I've been going here ever since I passed my driving test.. they were fist located in Welton midsomer Norton. Even though the staff have changed since then .. they are all always very polite and helpful and get me what I need for my car and motorcycle.

THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE ON ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO CAMPING EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE AN AWARD FOR IT, would not recommended !!! Went in there for a leisure battery where I was approached by SAM the directing manager who helped me pick out my leisure battery for what I needed it for, turned out to be the wrong one for what I need it for after trying to take it back to swap it I was refused and said I can’t as it’s not faulty, I don’t know how they have managed to get an award for there camping and things when they don’t know what there on about.

Consistently good service from these local motor factors. Ordered a suspension part which would have taken Ebay sellers a week to provide. Avon and Wessex ordered the part at 1.45, it was in the shop by 3.30. Good selection of caravan and camping equipment too.

Absolute fantastic back up when a battery failed in warranty. Sam replaced it without quibble. Old fashioned service. 100% confidence in them
