We are over the moon with the fitting and finish. Once again all of our expectations were met. Highly recommendable.It was a messy job, with brickwork and plaster to remove and then repair. The boys went out of their way to limit the mess and to tidy up after themselves.

Great showroom, good choice, styles available whether they are available might be limited. The staff are there in reception if you have a query, plenty of examples in the showroom to help you decide. They do provide a one-stop shop, we agreed on a date, and everything else would be taken care of for us, this included the removal of all the waste to the installation. There might be a few problems depending on what you buy, the style might change halfway through, you might have to change completely from log burner to gas and then compromise on style plus then when that does happen as there is no alternative you might have to then wait on a piece which is incorrect being replaced a few months later this on the already delayed original fitting date. So be prepared for what you wanted and might not be available anymore after your purchase. This will all be excused by production problems and shrugged off, so be prepared for a not so seamless purchase as first anticipated. Unfortunately after 2 years of keeping the decorative tiles and successfully having the first set installed and all the delays on the second fire not being what I originally ordered and the endless delays etc the tiles in the second fireplace got damaged and I wasn't made aware on installation and found the crack later (cheers for that) not a good experience to be honest and still waiting on fire to actually have the front I ordered.

Recently had a wood burner installed that we purchased from A World of Fires Washington. Excellent service. Glen came out and advised us on what we could have and explained everything about installation no hard selling which we appreciated. When we returned to unit to choose wood burner Glen was present and advised us what would be appropriate for our conservatory thank you for all your help. Glen arranged all the installation and we were given a date for installation on the invoice. Two installers arrived on the date and were fantastic leaving no mess at all. Explained how to use the wood burner and explained everything that we needed to know. Again excellent service and customer care. We had little knowledge about wood burners and we would recommend A World of Fires to anyone thinking about getting a wood burner. They are friendly and helpful and go that extra mile 100 percent plus .Thank you once again for the excellent service from beginning to end.

We bought two fires from World of Fires 13 years ago. The fires are still working very well but we needed information when the chimney needed sweeping recently. The ladies in the showroom were polite and helpful, and said the owner would be in contact. Glen rang us back on two occasions and his advice was invaluable. To have such long term customer care is amazing!
