Travelled along the Thames using the hop on hop off. Saw all the main sights. Lovely, clean boat, and friendly helpful staff. We'll organised service and a fantastic way to travel quickly to points along the Thames.

Multiple poor experiences on the Thames Clippers in London - having experienced the same problem on 3 separate occasions at different ports. Queues are very long on the weekends resulting in wait times of over an hour after joining the queue. The staff only allow a certain number of people on each boat meaning there are plenty of spare seats when the boat leaves and you are still waiting in the queue. A very expensive way to travel around London when you have more reliable tube, bus and taxi options. I would only recommend for tourists looking for an experience.

Absolutely stunning. Too see London at night by the river was nothing less than awesome. It was a lovely warm evening and hardly a cloud in the Sky. First time I have seen London at night from the Thames, looking this good. The Thames Clipper was from North Greenwich to Battersea Power House, where we picked up car. Fares were higher than I remember, but everything is increasing these days, except wages to keep up.

Very beautiful way to move with public transportation, once you re in London. Magnificent view that you can’t have with another way, cheap ticket-£8.30 for a single ride in the central line. Also is a unique experience with these boats. I would do it again

We use this service as often as we can. Even having lived in London for over 25years it is still amazing how beautiful this town is. Especially from a river view. And it is a superb way to get from East to West and vice versa.

Bought tickets on app. Got there boat shut of by member of staff, advising hour long queue already and if we contacted Thames clipper we would get a full refund. 8 days post email, no refund or reply yet. Read T&Cs and it indicates it is up to me to use my tickets within 90 days not for them to have the boat running I went to catch. I dont live in London, not tourist friendly T&Cs. So looks like I've lost my money. Never buy tickets until you are on the boat!

My parents struggle to walk for a long time and Uber boat trip was perfect to show them most of the major monuments of london just by sitting on the boat. We boarded from Battersea power to Canary Wharf and it was perfect!

We caught the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers at Putney Pier. There was a slight delay but it wasn't a problem. We traveled at dusk and what a beautiful experience. We traveled right into Westminster. Floating by the Parliament was absolutely incredible. We had the best night. The price is totally reasonable. Every tourist should experience this. Thank you for the memory. London is magical ❤️

Highly recommended as a cheap way to see London from the Thames. You can see so many landmarks and take some awesome photos.
