We run a small fostering agency and Iwan has been brilliant in setting up and maintaining our computer system. We are not very tech savvy and Iwan has been very patient and has responded immediately when we have issues. His costs are also very reasonable and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My laptop had been hacked, would take an age to wake up and then would run slower than slow and (although essential for my work) left me with no confidence in it at all. Being a technophobe and having never backed up anything I felt particularly vulnerable. DynIT came to my aid magnificently and I now have a fast running laptop I can trust (yep, same one!), everything's backed up and it's now so quick. Friendliest service ever and all done at a great value price. They were recommended to me and I'm now passing on that favour. You won't be disappointed.

First class service. Iwan was so helpful in sorting out my son’s PC. He responded quickly and the problem was fixed quickly. Iwan was also extremely patient in describing the problems and solutions to myself and my son. Highly recommend Iwan’s services.

I asked for advice on my laptop (a 11 year old Toshiba) which was running very slow but otherwise with Windows 10 did everything I needed. Iwan advised that a new hard drive was needed and this would extend its useful life. He installed the new hard drive and transferred the old data across. It now runs like new and I am very satisfied with the quality of the job done and customer service received. In 3 years I may need a new one but for now am pleased to be spared that expense.
