Do not use if at all possible - they will try to rip you off.Accused me of not filling up on diesel before return, despite my explaining I had done so until the pump cut out and actually started to overflow, also said the receipt was on the dashboard if they’d like to go and look.Not interested - they had already taken the van to their pump and claimed to have filled it up.Went on to claim I’d done 40 miles, when I’d done one return trip of 12 miles, another of 6, and two of 2 miles - my lesson I should have photographed the mileage before and after to avoid dispute.They did this without warning or opportunity for me to observe, soI don’t know what van they put diesel into but it wasn’t the one I returned.They are dishonest but will accuse you of dishonesty in public to try and get another £5 or £10 out of you.If you do use them take photographs of the vehicle condition and it’s before and after mileage.

Good value mini bus hire, professional and personal staff

My only disappointment was not finding them sooner, lovely car for the weekend at only £115 straight forward at reception in and out in 10 minutes, starting with a full tank is helpful too.

Recently hired a minibus for a family party. Staff from point of contact to book to on the days of hire and return were excellent. Best price by far and bud of good standard also. Fully recommend and will certainly use again.

Cost of hiring for 25 days a van which was unfit for the road and cost nearly £1,500 to hire, because I had been overcharged by at least £70. I brought this to there attention- and because I did so, there employee was not very happy because I simply pointed out the error that she had made. So in spitefulness she then proceeded to say I had damaged the mirror so I had lost my £100 deposit- and she overcharged me for the diesel, considering I put £120 of fuel in there van before they took our further £40 using there own pump - so in which case they are trying to tell me that a Transit van holds 160 pounds of diesel. It seems to be that you shouldn't point out the fact that they are incompetent or else they'll rip you off and tell lies on you. There just exploiting people, at the time of this- my been ripped off , I was supposed to be changing vans and transferring my £100 deposit from one hire to the next but they had taken deposit on top of overcharging by fuel and claimed a late return charge, even although it was still during my hire period, and the only reason the van was back was because it was unsafe, so the claimed it had to go for its mot ! was halfway through getting them van change to another so they were just making things up as they went along to to proceed with taking more money from me and then proceeded to try and take a further £162 for another days hire which was short by £10 -- because there daylight robbery - they then said I could not have the van and they put all my belongings and a tools out onto the street and didn't give me the van that is the level of customer service and gratitude to get after giving a company nearly £1,500 for hiring a deathtrap these people really should not be allowed to deal with people with details and bank accounts so to sum up I am still waiting on my refund and after being well overcharged in the first place

Hired an 8 seat minibus,perfect for holiday trip with the family and from pick up to drop off perfect service from the staff,i will hire from this company again

Rented a van for a small house removal. Was able to collect at 4pm and keep it for 24 hours - rather than same day return. Great service at the sales point and a competitive price. The whole process was fast and very straightforward. They fill up the petrol when it is returned. Would definitely use them again.
