Ethan at Dreams Oldham, was very accommodating, friendly, informative, listened to my needs and was very welcoming to me and my family. Ethan gave very useful advise and specialist knowledge which was customer centric. He made himself available and assessed our requirements and gave my sister and I a tour of the store, we looked at different options to choose from before making decisions, Ethan went above and beyond and secured bed frames and mattresses for my sister and I.

I have today purchased a bed from Dreams and served by Donna, who is a first class ambassador, she couldn't do enough to make sure I was truly happy with my purchase, patiently explaining everything I needed to know, even things I hadn't thought of which gave me even greater confidence in my final choice. I am truly looking forward to my first nights sleep on my 'Dream Bed' solely due to Donna.

We are previous customers. We wanted to replace our current mattress and knew exactly where to go. We were looked after by Asad. Asad asked us what we were looking for and introduced us to sleep match to find out the best mattress to suit our postures. Asad showed us a range of mattresses to try to meet our posture needs and asked us to try them out, he also gave us a lot of information on each mattress to aid us with our decision making. We found Asad very knowledgeable and helpful indeed. We found a mattress to meet our needs and were offered refreshment while making our purchase. Thank you Asad for your help and assistance. We had an enjoyable shopping experience.

Visited the Oldham branch on 22/07/2023, and we were greeted by a lovely lady called Donna. Donna helped and assisted us throughout our mattress searching journey. We used the sleep match service, which analysed our sleeping position and gave us a more precise idea of the mattress that would suit us. We tested a wide range of mattresses, and never once felt pressured to buy by Donna, or any of the staff, including the manager. We ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress, which was originally over what the budget was, however it suited us, and we are confident that we will have a fantastic night's sleep. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this store, and in particular Donna to our friends and family.

Found exactly the new bed & mattress we were after at a very reasonable price.Asad couldn’t have been more helpful, he made sure we had/knew everything we needed too. Very knowledgeable but always gave us a little space to talk things over so that we wouldn’t feel pressured/listened in on. Plus, it’s always nice to have a good balance of information regarding the purchase along side a genuine & entertaining conversation with someone like Asad, who came off as a real human being with a passion for his job rather than just a mindless employee who wanted us out the shop as fast as possible.If we ever need anything like this again in the future, dreams will 100% be the first place we come calling.
