on Thursday i took my new e-mtb in to have the brakes adjusted. Went for a ride on saturday and noticed a slight vibration when braking. Did not think much about it, as brakes sometimes vibrate when wet.Cleaned bike on sunday and did a general check and found the screws on the rear brake caliper were completely lose.Obviously forgotten to tighten up when Ashgrove Cycles adjusted the brakes!

I have purchased 2 bikes for my son from here. Always fabulous service and the gentleman took ages working with my son to get the bike suited to him. Made the mistake of going to Halford, paid £500 for a bike for my 8 year old son's birthday and I have had nothing but bother. Highly recommend here.

They couldn't fix easy problem just because my bike had battery, it doesn't even have anything to do with the problem.
