Brilliant service! Urgently needed to complete a survey so emailed the company one afternoon at 3.30 and Noel responded within 10 minutes. We'd agreed a survey date for a few working days' later but ultimately upon booking at 6pm, a cancellation had come up. The property was surveyed the next day at 1pm with a great turnaround report by Aidan at 6pm. From booking to report in 24 hours. Aidan took a call from me later that evening to discuss a couple of aspects of the report. Top professionals with great customer care. Outstanding stuff, taking away a good deal of stress from the overall conveyancing process!

I found Getsurvey.ie very good.they had assigned Gerry Dunne for my survey very quickly. I had to reschedule as I had to wait for documents from my solicitor. This was no problem for Gerry and he was able to fit me in very quickly. He sent a detailed report the same day of the survey. I was very happy with my experience and I've already recommended getsurvey.ie to some friends who are also in the process of buying.

The guys were very helpful they kept me up-to-speed with the process from start to finish. I had been given timeframes of 2 weeks+ from other companies so to get the survey completed within a week was very impressive.

From our first point of contact with Noel to our surveyor Aidan, the process was efficient and comprehensive.We had a few follow up questions after receiving the report and Aidan was more than happy to answer them over the phone.The survey alleviated any stress and worry we had regarding moving forward and purchasing the property.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. €599 down the drain. Survey was done on a Thursday at 10am. Was told on the Friday I'd have the report that weekend. Monday comes around and nothing. But I'm told I'll have it that day. Finally on Tuesday after many complaints I got a rushed thrown together report with wrong information. The house had clearly a 2 story extension, surveyor was also given house details yet in the report he states no extensions added to the property. But a major flag was he didn't locate the septic tank but took a picture of the sink hole pipe and said its close to this so too close to the boundaries. When in fact the septic tank was 3m to the right of this. A quick phone call and the estate agent would have told him where but he clearly couldn't be bothered. Safe to say no bank will give a mortgage based in this survey report!Do yourself a favour and find an independent surveyor with good reviews.

Fast efficient service. The report was detailed and comprehensive and I was kept informed at each stage. Paul was available on the phone and very helpful in dealing with any queries I had. I would highly recommend this company.
