Good quality enclosure and shower tray, at a fair price. Delivery was done as promised. One star less due lack of prompt communication as no one answers the phone. I would recommend AICA to put a person specially to answer phone calls and sort customer queries to give them complete confidence for any orders.

Ordered through third party website, Mano Mano. They sent completely the wrong shower tray. Their customer service is interesting.. wonder what country it is in because I only receive emails at 3am or 4am…Gave up on ever getting another shower tray, so luckily found one elsewhere.Have been waiting for days now for them to collect wrong tray so I can get a refund.Never get any idea of when anyone is coming and they just go to the wrong house…No, wouldn’t use ever again and not surprised phone number doesn’t work as people running customer service clearly aren’t in the uk!!

Bought a radiator from them 12 months ago and the radiator is already flaking and there’s rust showing on the radiator. Never responded to any emails, I’ve instructed my legal representative to start small claim court proceedings and hopefully this will end up with a refund plus expenses to refit the radiator. Awful outfit, don’t go anywhere near them. Cheap and terrible!

To Aica Customer Service,I contact you via this platform since your customer service phone line is not working and to date you have not responded to my email.I purchased the Pivot Shower Bath Screen Easyclean glass with shelves 1000 x 1500 mm Chrome, on recommendation from a friend who bought the same bath screen.I confirm I got my bath screen installed professionally on 19th April 2023, and it looked fantastic!Regrettably, to my horror, the bath screen door pulled away from the fitting whilst on a family holiday. It smashed into fragmented pieces, proving the Tempered glass technology failed safety works. However, I have children and dread to think of the severe injury the falling glass door could have caused if someone had been in the bathroom then! In addition, I categorically validate that the bath screen was recently installed, has yet to be used, and still has partial packaging attached; therefore, wear and tear is not a factor.Please see attached pictures and video of the broken bath screen.Consequently, I have sort the opinion of a specialist tradesman to assess how this failure could have happened, who advised the bath screen fitting enclosure is at fault.Hence, I am contacting you to investigate further and get in touch with me to discuss further.Thankyou I hope to hear  from you at your earliest convenience.

I see a lot of bad reviews here.. my own experience of customer service was honestly great - had to get some replacement parts for the shower screen I ordered and they (Fairy was the person assisting) were very responsive, helpful and prompt. Even helped when I had requested parts sent to incorrect address (my old address) which was entirely my fault.

A decent range of products at reasonable prices but the customer service really does let this place down. I ordered a vertical radiator and was told delivery would be 3-5 working days. I had no further communication from the company, then on day 4 I get a call from the delivery driver who's outside my house. I wasn't home so I told him to deliver at the weekend, instead he insisted to leave the radiator at the local garage - I was not having that.He took the item back, I then had to chase the company to find out when it would be redelivered. Communication is really poor and they can only be contacted via email. After chasing I finally got a delivery date and the item was delivered.Lots of room for improvement. I hope these comments are acknowledged and something is done to improve customer service.

Had a message Thursday evening saying my item was being delivered Friday. Took the day off work and nobody turned up and no communication. Got a message saturday an hour before saying somebody was on their way so had to drop my plans and go home. Emailed the company three times and still no communication. Item is ok but but if it wasn’t I wouldn’t like to go through the process of trying to get hold of them! It’s bad enough having no phone line but to not even reply to emails is just appalling for a business!

I recently bought a 5 panel bath screen which is perfect for our irregular shaped bath. There was a small problem in that the rubber seal at the bottom of the screen was too narrow to close the gap between the screen and the bath, thereby allowing water to escape. It was also rather flimsy so would not maintain its shape. No adjustment at the wall could have fixed the issue because the seal was just too narrow, even when the screen was adjusted to its lowest possible position. I contacted Aica Bathrooms to ask how to remove the seal which they very helpfully explained. I replaced it easily with a much wider and more robust seal, bought online, which has fixed the problem so the final outcome was very good but with a little bit of extra time and expense.

I don’t know what kind of cowboy outfit this is!I bought a radiator cabinet in great that was covered with white plain splashed on it and when trying to assemble (with the worst directions ever) the pieces do not actually slot together all the holes are in the wrong place so I was basically sent a defective item.When I contacted them for a refund they replied (Cathy) stated they needed a picture of the item in its original box. The email was sent 1:00am Saturday morning! I replied to their email explained the item was defective with pictures. They replied at 2:00am on Monday morning asking for pictures to to be sent again. I resent the pictures and have had no reply. They’re phones lines do not work so currently I am stuck with a defective item that I can’t use and no refund or solution/replacement. I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with them. My suggestion would be not to use them!!! Disgraceful!

Bought two shower screen, hinges broke and replaced without any issues. But recently the top mount broke and the whole screen fell, tried multiple time to call, email and message them for replacement parts not a single response.26/7 finally received a call from the company and the issue has finally been resolved, waiting for parts to arrive. Mount holding a 12kg glass is made of plastic so advise to do checks on its condition regularly. Previous had the metal hinges snapped.
