Lovely service by Riffat always smiling and welcoming. Food did not disappoint us. Shame they had run out of my favorite, but they still managed a half portion and added something extra to it. Portion sizes large had to take home part of our meal and we will certainly will enjoy it again tomorrow. Thank you

Really enjoyable experience today. I was a little weary of going to a full Indian place for breakfast/Brunch but they had breakfast options (both English and Indian). Everything was decently priced and me and my family had no trouble finishing Everything.Special shoutout to a lady called Riffat, who was super helpful and really accommodating. Me and my family would like to thank her again x

Small place but cosy and they have a wall pictures of Bollywood actors and actress.I really liked the selection of bollywood songs that they play.Young and smiling staff has a friendly but professional approach to their guests.I ordered Vada pav and Masala dosa.Being a pakistani I was curious to try some popular indian food.Vada pav was not that great but loved the Masala dosa, especially Dosa.Both food dishes came with mouthwatering dips.Unfortunately my order was for take away so by the time that I reached home food was almost cold but still was not bad.

Generous portion size, great service, tasty snacks. We liked Vada pav & club sandwiches the most. Masala Dosa and Kathi rolls didn't meet our expectations, but not bad either. Service was great, they came to our table several times. Gulab Jamun was softer than the usual, but it was melting in the mouth, which was great.

We used to go here regularly and enjoyed it. Until one day they took a double payment. They acknowledged it and gave us a credit note. It was £55 and then some weeks later we wanted to order from them. We ordered and the same guy who gave the credit note didn't allow us to use it. And started saying I didn't give you the credit note. Etc. It was a really sad day.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff unfortunately. We ordered food 18/11/23 at approx. 6:15pm. Food arrived shortly after 7pm via Uber Eats. One part of the order was missing. Upon calling the restaurant directly at approx. 7:20pm I was spoken to in an extremely demeaning manner as though a portion of missing fries was not the end of the world and was told they’re only “extra” fries that are missing. The response to my question of what will they do about it was I don’t have a driver to get the fries to you, I can’t teleport them to you now can I? Alongside other sarcastic and inappropriate comments being made by the staff. The sarcasm and attitude were completely unnecessary and out of order in the capacity of customer service. She also then continued to disconnect the call as I was still speaking asking to speak to the manager. She also would not give me her name.The disappointment is that a large brand such as Bombay Stores which is the owner of Mumbai Bites and has a long rich history in Bradford has staff who will speak to paying customers in this manner. Needless to say unfortunately this will be the last time we order from Mumbai Bites.
